some of our regional specialties are the Hot Brown - an open-face turkey sandwich with bacon, pimento, and a mornay sauce....and of course, Derby Pie!

In my area of 3 towns, the Panini is popular, you can put any fillings you like in it and its kinda like a flat baguette bread that is grilled, (my best description lol)

california = in 'n out burger.
i'm not a fast food fan, but even i will make an exception for in 'n out sometimes.
it's a drive thru that has only burgers, fries, and shakes, nothing complicated, and they're pretty much local to california...i think the only other states that have them are arizona and nevada, and even then, they're not as common.

I live in Houston Texas aka the Fattest City in America (i think the past year we dropped down to 3rd? we were first for a while)

Lotsss of food here of any kind. Always in huge portions. :p
