Girl this is gorgeous.I would rock this anywhere. Dramatic looks are my favorite. I know what you mean about people staring... you never know if its positive or negative. But people will be people. But I bet they were staring because how professional it looks...wishing they had the skills or confidence to wear makeup.

very very pretty, i think that they were looking like she is a very beautiful person. plus the blue brings out the brown eyes. ..so u look great and maybe they were wondering how they can look like that too but just didnt have the nerve to ask you any questions...but u look great.
