It doesn't seem too much different than the Hayley William's collection, but I think an eyeshadow would have been cool, but their styles are different too, and Lorde is much more plain faced, strong lip, so perhaps they're trying to stick with her style?

It looks very dark. It may be too similar to something I already have. It looks like a dark red On her lips not purple at all. Or maybe she is wearing something else or with a lipliner

perhaps theyve made the reminder more visible as they've had a lot of big orders as the general public begins to see there's money to be made in getting the hottest items to resel like with rihanna etc.
whenever ive bought stuff to resell it usually backfires on me!

I just hope they don't do the waiting room like they did with the Rihanna collection. It could mean a HUGE headache, especially with the Osbourne collection dropping on the same day.

I wish MAC had done more with Hayley. Her makeup looks are always so fun.

I would have loved that, but unfortunately I don't think she was high profile enough for MAC to have done anything bigger. A lot of people didn't know who she was when the collection came out and probably still don't. It will more than likely be the same way with Lorde. At least MAC did something with them because they both have a look/style that stands out from the rest even if they aren't extremely well known.

A lot of people didn't know who she was when the collection came out and probably still don't. It will more than likely be the same way with Lorde. Perhaps but MAC did do a decent sized Beth Ditto collection a couple years ago and maybe I'm wrong but I think people are more familiar with Paramore than Gossip considering their most recent album went number 1 on the billboard charts when it came out. That said, I'm just happy that MAC does show the more alternative leaning girls love from time to time.

You're right I forgot about the Beth Ditto collection. People are definitely more familiar with Paramore, but I don't think people knew right away that Hayley Williams was the leader singer. It could be anyone's guess why they chose to make the Hayley Williams and Lorde collections smaller, but a little something is better than nothing. Now if we could just get a Florence Welch collection or a single lipstick, I would be through the roof with joy.
