I'm really surprising myself this year! I've skipped pretty much everything since VG RiRi besides the two blushes I've gotten from AA and Cheeky Bronze MSF. I'm not counting staples like foundation, mascara etc.

I love purple lippies and I love dark lippies, so it's way bizarre that I'm not really feeling this lippy. Maybe it's the finish? I like amplifieds, but I would of preferred matte or even satin.

Same I would have preferred a satin or matte but idk how well a dark purple amplified would really work?
Am I just jumping the gun?

I really wish it were in stores so we could try it first. I do kinda want it because of the colour but then I also want to skip because of the finish. I skipped TLK because it's this finish because I only like my reds matte or in the very least satin with the exception of VG RiRi. I realized this when divine nights (or was it Indulge?)came out and I tried on prepare for pleasure which was a cremesheen. Pretty colour, but when I think reds something in me flashes to old Hollywood and so anything not matte makes me side eye it and I think something along the same lines deep in my brain feels the same about deep purples. *sigh * I don't know what to do really.

Well you make very valid points. I only bought tlk for the name and was pleasantly surprised by the finish. But I really don't like creamy lipsticks. Boy oh boy I don't know what to do now either :sigh:

Purples lips over any other color is my motto lol I'll have no issue skipping RH because I know ill use PH way more. The only issue is that PH's color is more dupable than RH. :shock: Decisions, decisions.
