I keep looking at pics of this online and I just can't get excited about it even though it's purple. Part of me wants it just because, but the logical part of me is saying to just let it go like I have so many items over the last few months. I'm thinking I'm going to just unsub from this thread and give this lippy the big ol'

That's how I feel about it, too. I WANT to want it...I keep looking at pics of this online and I just can't get excited about it even though it's purple. Part of me wants it just because, but the logical part of me is saying to just let it go like I have so many items over the last few months. And I'm thinking that if I'm this meh about it at this point that I really don't need it. It's a lovely colour but I just don't know. I wish it was in stores as well so I could try it before I buy it.

On some it's so incredibly beautiful and on others it's just plain lame looking and I am afraid I'd be one of those people it looks "meh" on and then I'd be all pissy that I impulse bought it to begin with!Agreed! Thanks!I only own two 3 Witches and Black Cat, in terms of smell I'll say that they don't really taste or smell like anything at all. In terms of application they go on very smoothly and very pigmented on the first application but i like to intensify them by going on a second time and have to problem when doing so. One thing to consider is that they behave differently, Black Cat for example feathers a bit when applying (w/out primer) as opposed to 3 Witches which I have no problem with. In terms of wear I'll say they stay on pretty well unless you eat or drink in which case there is transfer, the site tells you that it takes 60 seconds to dry but I think it takes a bit longer than that. Compared to Lime Crime? Mmm I'll say that the Velvetines are better in terms of wear and the fact that when you apply them they are pretty much tattooed on your lips. Different people have different expectations though, so I would maybe buy just one to test at first. The packaging is cheap looking too but I don't mind that for $11
Sadly they don't that for online-only collections. I'm also getting the feeling that the discount won't apply either.

I'm just guessing based off of the Hayley Williams collection-regular packaging, online only...no discount. :shrugs:I will be mad if they don't apply the discount. it is regular packaging and they have been offering it on special packaging

I haven't written it off 100%, but I'm probably 90% sure I won't be getting it. I have Heroine and I just got Smoked Purple... I feel like I could layer them and get something close enough.
