How can people not be excited about about a Dame Edna collaboration with MAC? The products are probably going to be a lot of fun and I'm sure most of you will love them and end up getting something anyway!

I simply cannot wait for this collection/project. I'm hoping for some fabulous packaging with sparkly details and pastel colours (just like Dame Edna's frocks and glasses).

Wonder if they'll include a really coveted product like they did with Parrot last year? I don't think it will include MSF's, seeing as they're already re-releasing a few with the Sheer Minerals collection. And I don't expect it will be Heatherette lipstick either, seeing as it's too close to the Heatherette collection that came out this year and could get confused. Hmmmm...

Chill collection should come out Dec 26th in the US according to MAC_Whore, so Chill will be the Lingerie, Danse and Originals anniversary collection.
So I agree Dame Edna will be the Icon collection in January like Raquel Welch in 2007 (US).

This is actually a very good idea, IMO. Imagine the even greater anticipation and thrill of knowing a really loved product will be released again -- even if you have no idea which one it'll be! I say it would be an excellent "bait the hook" kind of marketing technique.
