I went to MAC today and they let me go in the back and play with all the new stuff... i.e rose romance and dazzleglasss... The shadows were pretty. All good payoff. But the color was nothing special. Nothing I really even looked twice at. so dupable. The lipglosses were pretty. the darker pink was really pretty but the other two lighter ones were really sheer. The cheek stain was kinda fun but not practical for me. I just knew I would never use it. The beauty powders were very pretty. The payoff was soo nice. Not chalky at all! The lipstains, which i was most excited about were my biggest dissapointment. I tried to put on one and i kept having to reapply to get the color to show up. So all in all. I think I am cool skipping the whole thing....
Its funny too, my MA said she just got back from Update on Style Warriors and the thing she was most excited about was Vibrant Grape! Which is around 365 days a year, lol...( at the pro store that is)
I know that Mutiny is a Naughty Nauticals repromote, but since I missed that campaign, what are your thoughts on its investment potential???
I have an affinity for aqua-blues; ala Turquatic (MEOW! HISS! RAAAOW!!), Aquadisiac (COME TO MAMA!!!!), and Otherwordly p/p(I...hear...and...obey...).
Please advise...
I love mutiny. Sorry I didnt mention it since it is repromoted. But its beautiful. The color is vibrant and great texture. I got it with nauticals and got rid of it and have been missing it since. I think my dear friend is gonna share some of hers with me (
Mrs1127)though since a whole jar is soo much product! But you will definitly be able to work it into many of your looks! Hope that helped

I hope no one throws tomatoes at me... but here goes...
I too, and a HUGE teal lover. From light to dark, it doesn't matter, if it's that color family I need it. Well, I bought Mutiny with Naughty Nauticals, and while the color is beautiful, the texture left ALOT to be desired for me. It is not a smooth pigment, but not chunky either if that makes sense. I got alot of fallout and the application was patchy and sheer. I have lots of other teals that I love so much more. Just my

I use mixing medium with all pigments. So maybe thats the diffrence between how we feel about it. It trully makes a diffrence imo....
