That's great, but I think I end up spending more money then I thought. But: I will make a lot of persons happy this Christmas

I went to a freestanding store today and they were saying all holiday sets except for Viva Glam were 25% off! I will be picking up one for a gift tonight.

You better cover them damn good cause for that price... it's a great deal.. nothing more to say

In fact, yes : I don't know how much they are in US but here the piggies were at 35$ and that makes them at 26$ that's 5 bucks the vial.... and all the colors are really great this year. You should not even enter a MAC store if you whant to avoid it.

Shut up! I'm in Canada! However, I have three of the pigments in each set, hence rendering the sets a pretty stupid purchase for me. I don't have the glitters, gold dusk or quietly.

Shame I can't mix and match a custom set...

If anything, I'd be seduced by the rose lips set, methinks. I love me some pigmented lustre and glaze action. Or the coral gloss set, but I don't need more glosses. YOU HEAR THIS LOGIC, SELF!? DO NOT NEED!

Well if that can help your logic : DON'T GO!!! YOU DON'T NEED IT!!! .. I was suppose to not spend more then 250$ and ended up spending 500$.... because of those stupid rebates... shame on me. I don't want to put a feet in that store before HK.. but now I want a backup of Marque.... HELL !!!! I'll go, with something on my eyes and ask the MA to sell me the damn thing and I'll be out of there (all that blindfolded).

And don't you even talk to them about the idea for the birthday, after that they will give us a rebate on our birthday and we'll end up spending all our gift money on MAC makeup. Oh wait... it's already the case... nvm

I have skipped most of the holiday palettes the past two years and have not regretted it. Plus any of the ones that I have bought have been sold in the bin. (<------ Thanks to Rbella for that! I have never heard of anyone call it the "bin" before but it cracked me up!)

I know that if I went out and bought the palettes or other holiday items it would just be for the sake of getting them on sale and not because I am really dying for them. I MUST save for the Dec 26th and beyond collections. I must!! Team no!!

Aw crap. That makes me mad that I spent so much on the palettes and stuff already. It's a bad idea making it so late. I bet so many people wasted product and returned them to get the cheaper price.

i finally got the cool eyes palette because of this [i was gonna wait till it hit the cco]. yes! though, i'm a little irked i paid full price the 1st time around. i'll be waiting to pick these up next year for sure.
