Yea my friend at MAC told me that the brush sets are great for beginners

I ordered the Smokey and Warm eye palettes from the MAC site and received my shipping confirmation this morning.

Especially after seeing samples yesterday at Nordies, cannot wait to get these!

Susanne - the Cool Eyes is gorgeous BTW! You will love it, not to mention Smokey Eyes! Those are the 2 on your list, right?

I didnt' see the Holiday Sets up on the PRO site yet however. Usually, they have any new release up on the website on Tuesday and not available in stores until Thursday. So, if you order on Tuesday before 11 AM EST and get overnight shipping, then you'll have them on Wednesday before anyone else has them on Thursday. Is it sad that I am that impatient?!

I just placed an order for the rose lip bag and the warm eye palette. With those two and some things from red she said I am not spending anymore on MAC until the after Christmas collections. I spent WAY too much! I can't wait for my little (or big in this case) black box to get here. And this time I did two day shipping. I am not waiting 7 plus days this time!

I just want the Cool Plum Palette and the Rose lips.
I thought about the smokey palette but I can just put a quad together with similar colors. I already have Satin Taupe & Carbon and the other colors are not all that unique.
