All Races was the only eyeshadow I got from this collex and the most unique one IMO. On me, it's a grayed lilac and very flattering as a lid shade. I have different skintone from you but I can't imagine it not look good on anyone

Check out my swatches and let me know what you think? I wouldn't have gotten Show Stopper if I had known it was so close to Dark Edge... but then again I wouldn't have gotten Cross-Cultural if I had known it was so close to Expresso LOL

I'm between NW47 and NC50 and thank you so much for the swatches of both Showstopper and Dark Edge. They look similar for me to either pass or get Showstopper e/s. Also, Shontay, now your enabling me to get Banshee!! I haven't purchased a Lustre eyeshadow in ages!

I swatched All Races shadow yesterday and decided against it. I also decided against Empowered lipstick. I'm done with this collection. So all I have is banshee, showstopper, cross-cultural and spirit & soul lipglass.

BTW I got Siss in my bloomies package the other day and I hate it. I will need to find a gloss to put on top to make it work and I HATE that. Any recommendations? Maybe Chai? Ugh. I dunno.

Funny! Now that I re-read that, it does sound bad LOL... You know I meant the Lipstick though, not "Myself" myself HAHA

Haha "Myself" lipstick... my counter was sold out of pretty much every perm lipstick I wanted, so my MA suggested I check out "Myself" lipstick from this collection

At first glance I was like "I don't really like it" and then I was looking at it some more and then went up to her and was like "Okay, I really like Myself now" then quickly said "I meant the lipstick, that sooo didn't sound right."

Seriously though, it's a very flattering color for my mid-tone NW gals/guys

I love nude lips and anything that is the slightest bit color-toned looks HORRID on me, so when LE's like this come out I HAVE to snatch them up!

Chai or Entice lipglass might work with Siss lipstick.

Can anybody explain what the difference is between the beauty powder blushes and regular sheertone blushes? I got All's Good, which I am loving, but I dont notice anything different from mac's regular blush line

i'm sure sheertone blush just means the finish? i thought all beauty powder blushes were the same thing but some were matte, some frost and sheertone. like the shadows!

Beauty Powder Blushes are full coverage with soft barely noticeable pearlized pigments, Matte blushes are full coverage with a flat powder finish, Sheertone blushes are sheer buildable coverage blushes with a matte finish, and Sheertone shimmer blushes have a sheer buildable coverage with a high-shine frosty lightly-sparkled finish. Beauty Powder blushes are also meant to have a softer texture, and were inspired by MAC Beauty Powders. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I already have Entice, so I will try that with Siss in a bit.

Well, it's just like I smeared concealer on my lips. It made my lips look dry and showed every line in them. I can't say the color was horrible, because it almost matches my own skin, but it just wasn't flattering. I got that corpse look. I'm about to play with it, though.

Alright, I just played with Siss and here is my report (LOL):

I tried it first with Entice. What struck me most is that Entice actually has that funky smell that some lipglasses have. I noticed it when I first wore it a while back, but I quickly forgot b/c it got lost in my pile of lip glosses. It turned Siss into a warm brownish color. It was kinda like a softer version of Warm Me Up lipstick on my lips. Major improvement.

Then, I tried it with my funky 3N lipglass from W&C. This is the winning combo! It is that nude look I wanted in the first place. It looks like my lips, but better and really natural when I want to do a bold eye or cheek.

Siss still is not a fave. I have some other lippies that, while not giving me the look that the Siss/3N combo gave me, comes close to what I need without any hastle. Work is involved when applying Siss. It's not a put on and go type of shade. I would've preferred a Lustre or something because it is way too heavy on my lips. I feel like a have something on and that's not sexy at all.

Oh, don't worry!!! I'm easily sold!

I'm a complete make up addict. Besides, and not from my addiction, I realized a time ago I don't own enough mattes. Most of my make up collection is Chanel and they rarely do mattes.

I saw this collection in person! What I have to say is that I absoutely like it!! I didn't see All's Good bpb since it was sold out but I saw Personal Style bpb. I also saw the new pigment jars. They look tiny! I was thinking about getting Universal Mix next month but I don't know yet. I saw all of the eyeshadows and Showstopper has got me! I'm hoping to get it soon if it's not sold out yet. I was sad that they didn't have Myself l/s since I was looking for it but I saw 5N, Empowered and Equality. Empowered would be the perfect lipstick for my skintone but it somewhat reminded me of Creme Cerise l/s that I rarely use. I saw the lipglasses but didn't swatch them.
