I'm going to cough up the dough for the colors. Greyed out lips with purple opalescence is a look that works like a killer robot on me. It'll be a complete 90's time machine for this particular 'ole gal.

Restrict + Vacant + those lashes + a half moon manicure of Ascension/Hyper with my incredible geometric boots and some leather pants:

HELLZ YEAH.
I hope this is how the buffer brush looks like

How would you say Strada compares to Equilibrium? It seems a little lighter and more nude/less brown from swatches.

Strada doesn't read brown at all on me. It's more a taupe shade with a pink undercurrent. For fair gals, perfect.

I'm sure you will like Strada. It's a very nakedl color that is perfect to create a contour shade that looks natural.

I second that. It almost has a greyish undertone one me, which is just wonderful as a contour.
Equilibrium has been an instant cheekbone doubler for me of late, but dang it folks, you're selling me on Strada for something cooler (in all senses of the word). Added to my list (although I bet it'll come back in that all contouring collection if it's this amazing).

One last question: what's the pigmentation like? That's another thing that's great about Equilibrium for me - perfect amount of color deposit with one good swipe of the brush on the pan and then on my face - total no muss no fuss, never needs blending in or an extra layer.

I've been looking for a new contouring product and Strada might just be it. I googled it and it looks like it'll be a good color for me. I've been using Kevyn Aucoin's sculpting powder in medium but it's too dark for me.

Found karla's swatch of Strada.

Definitely the pigments & I am tempted to pick up Strada as I have heard it is a must-have for the very pale which I am.

Unless it cleans my bathroom for me, I am not spending $75 on a damn makeup bag.

If it looks pretty, I don't think $75 is overpriced for a MU bag.

I wonder if we get a refill of the BP though. Or maybe the BP is a supersized-twenty-inch-BP.

I hope I can buy strada individually and that the package is not too weird that it wont fit in my drawer lo. I can imagine this looking like some kind of weird rock

What do you mean by individually? As a refill? I don't think so...

And the packaging better be good as it's 30% more expensive than a regular blush.

is strada a must have for ligh/medium ones? I love blushes..and I'd like a new one in special packaging... I think I'll buy more than I was expecting!

^^ I bought three refill pans of Strada about a year ago..but since it was totally dcd, I don't think there are any more around.

the varied descriptions of Strada illustrate how we all view mu.. one person's bronze is another person's taupe, grey or brown.. lol. It is so subjective and that is what makes it so interesting.

that said.. JUST BUY STRADA!! It is one of the best contour/shaders for the face and you will use it a lot in the coming years.

As an Illamasqua fan, some of these colour names totally remind me of their colour names. They already have a Fervent, for example.
