I kno exactly what ur saying. I used to always get them a day before before the rain arrives. I get them when I smell perfumes too ughhh I hate perfume so much it literally makes me wanna hurl! I took a 10 week chronic pain class and I learns about different foods and beverages that open the pain gate signal to the brain. Aged wines cheeses, beef, caffeine is the worst thing for anyone with a chronic issue. sadly I still drink about one a day but I'm used to being in pain now ;( I can't take pain pills they make me feel like ima puke ( which is the worst feeling for me ever it freaks me out) I just take muscle relaxers and I have a medical 420 card lol. I took immitrex it was the only thing thatever worked but my Dr won't even give it to me any ore because of all the side effects. and also one I stopped thing the pills everyday I stopped getting them. and in the class they said ur meds can cause it! for my sinus headaches I need the real sudafed T's the only thing that helps my sinuses
Yeah it's just the red wines that will cause em. It's something in the skin that gives the wine it's colour that can cause em. Other wines are completely fine. Mine is caused by bright lights and glares. The one i got the other day was because i was on my ipad in the sunroom and the sun was glaring of of it while i was using it. Just catching the light at the wrong angle can just ruin my entire day! It's funny cuz caffeine can help treat em too! It's all just trial and error.

I used to get rebound headaches b/c of meds. It is hard for me to give up my coffee and chocolate. But I'm done with dairy and the aged cheese. They totally mess up my sinuses.
wine that's a whole nother story. cheap wines give me heacaches period, but red wine overall does give me a migraine.
that class sounds interesting. is it your field? or did you just take it just ot take it?
Now the weather! It is raining here and I can literally feel my sinus passages, nose and head "moving, pulsing" something... can't quite describe it. And the sinus pressure is building in my face.

Erine those glares/sunlight used to get me too. I used to get them from being in sun too long. My migraines have really changed over the years. I never got the blind spot until 10 years ago. I would get them all the time, now they I might get them twice a year.
Trial and error is right. Depending on the type of headache I can take caffeine other times it increases the intensity of the headache.

The names of the products remind me of the Mickey Contractor collections. I bet this is another collaboration with another artist. My wishlist consists of all the single shadows and HDC.
I was thinking the same thing!!! I want the single shadows as well.

So sorry about all the ladies having migrates, they are the worst! I get them all the time unfortunately. I'm still stoked for Parrot. I'm liking the look of the smokey quad but has that damn carbon! Why MAC, whyyyyy! Lol

It's all just trial and error.
A few nights ago I said I had a bad headache and a nurse friend of mine told me to take 2 tylenols with a coke. At first she said 2 tylenols, 2 ibuprofens with a coke when she thought I had a migraine but I told her it was just a headache.

I asked her if it'll be in the states and she said yes, in select stores!

Saw a picture of two eye shadows (parrot and the dark green) and their price ($18) in my new Flare magazine. No actual release date though.

Some potential translations:

Individual Eyeshadows
Gameela - "Beautiful" - no hard "G" sound in standard Arabic, just a "j" sound, so it's more often Romanized as Jamila or Jameela
Banafsaji - Violet - Arabic borrowed the word from Persian
Farasha - Butterfly
Hajar Karim - literally "Generous Stone" - probably means "Jewel" or "Gem"

Rimal Dahabia Eyeshadow Quad
Rimal = Sands and Dahabia = Golden - so the quad name is "Golden Sands"
Najm el Lail - Najm = "star" and al Lail = "night" or "of the night" - so the shadow's name is "Star of the Night"

Masat al Lail Eyeshadow Quad
al Lail - "NIght" or "of the Night"
i can't find Masat in my dictionary, but there are several different ways to write "s" and "t" (each with its own sound), so maybe i'm not coming up with the correct combo.

Sama Blue Mascara - Sama may mean "soaring", which goes well with blue.
Thanks so much for the information lilinah! I knew Gameela sounded familiar... My friend tried to teach me Arabic a while back. Unfortunately I only remember the numbers now |:

Rimal Dahabia is sooo perfect. I never thought there'd be a day that I would be like

over neutrals. But I'm panting like a dog after a bone over here!

Banafsaji, Farasha, Hajar Karim, Landscape Green, Parrot, and Process Magenta all look nice too. Nothing too crazy unique overall IMO, but unique enough for my stash.
