I'm gonna use Hi-Def Cyan on my waterline anyway. I saw Sam Chapman do it, so I think it's fine to at least try.

My eyes are almost never irritated by anything. It's not like it has glitter that can scratch my cornea, so that's fine. Yeah just the black, white and skintone shades are waterline safe.
Do you have any idea why they aren't waterline safe? The pearlglides are not save for the waterline, because they have glitter, but these don't have glitter so I don't see what the problem could be.

It's the colour ingredients. Powerpoints aren't safe cuz of the formula.

Ow ok, so for example some ingredient that makes them last longer?
Not neccessarily. The PLW liner is waterline safe and those last longer. It could be the ingredient that makes it waxier, or the one that makes it dry down quicker, or any of the many ingredients.

Ok I get it:) I'll just be a rebel and try Hi-Def Cyan on my waterline, because it's too pretty!
