I saw that also but i had lasik surgery 2 yrs ago and ever since then if someone tells me its a no go for something involving my eyes i will not mess around. Just me being paranoid lolI'm gonna use Hi-Def Cyan on my waterline anyway. I saw Sam Chapman do it, so I think it's fine to at least try.

According to temptalia it is not.... http://www.temptalia.com/mac-chromagraphic-pencils-review-photos-swatches Hmmmm.... Well, I'll probably try it anyway. My eyes are almost never irritated by anything. It's not like it has glitter that can scratch my cornea, so that's fine. Do you have any idea why they aren't waterline safe? The pearlglides are not save for the waterline, because they have glitter, but these don't have glitter so I don't see what the problem could be.Yeah just the black, white and skintone shades are waterline safe.
It's the colour ingredients. Powerpoints aren't safe cuz of the formula.Do you have any idea why they aren't waterline safe? The pearlglides are not save for the waterline, because they have glitter, but these don't have glitter so I don't see what the problem could be.
Ow ok, so for example some ingredient that makes them last longer? It's the colour ingredients. Powerpoints aren't safe cuz of the formula.
Not neccessarily. The PLW liner is waterline safe and those last longer. It could be the ingredient that makes it waxier, or the one that makes it dry down quicker, or any of the many ingredients.Ow ok, so for example some ingredient that makes them last longer?
