mac aus & sales goal

i know there has been post about this but they are kinda dated .im wondering how do my fellow mac girls keep their aus and sales goals up ? im currently at a slower location not alot of traffic and its hard to sell to those ones who are only looking for one thing because they are in a rush . i thought i was doing good ive been selling alot but for some reasons my overral sales are down im like at a 38 when the counter is trending like 42 or 43 any tips of advice would be great xoxo
