MAC - Brunette Blonde Redhead Collection Discussion

I have to share this with you guys, today is my birthday and my husband came home with red roses

and told me he wants to take me to the mall to chose whatever I want (of course there is a budget limit) but NO MAKEUP actually he said NO MAC

Ahh with the budget he gave me it would’ve been a fantasy to spend it in MAC

I don’t know how I feel!! of course I appreciate it but no MAC whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

... ahh I can't stop thinking of what i could've got with that money and ofcourse a gift card to spend on next collection, I was hoping to get more of the BBR lipsticks and MSF but guess that is not going to happen

I hope you went to Nordstom or Macys & bought yourself a bag or something that you plan on returning for a gift card for...MAC!!!

All these stories of sweet hubbies. Let me share a story of my own:

So for the holidays i knew i was getting a camera from my bf (the canon g10 which is amazing for a cam ho like me

) When it was time to open the gifts he handed me an extra little box first. It was the new Chanel Holiday face palette.

He told me he was in Bloomingdales shopping for others when he passed the counter. He sauntered up and asked the Chanel artist what was just released. He specifically asked if there were any new palettes or quads (i taught him so well as he knows I love them). Then when presented with 2 options he chose the "smokier" one because he knows thats what I wear and love.

When he told me that story I just about melted.

Doesn't it just pull at your heart strings when they actually pay attention and really make a point of knowing what you like...so sweet!!

Oh my God, I almost fell of laughter when I read this

… but I don’t think that I can do it … What I’m planning on doing is to go over budget, hopefully next year he will remember that it is cheaper to get me a MAC gift card

Still empty-handed when it comes to this collection. And just a few weeks ago (how many pages ago is that? 150?) I was saying I was going to buy it all. Not the case, as it turns out.

I'm just kind of over it all at the moment. I'm just not feeling much of anything these days, my interest in the HK collection is even waning....
