MAC - Cham Pale Discussion

Aah. Now you make me want 2 instead of just one. My haul is going to be so light now that I am considering getting another Feline. I can't image using up the ones I have already, but how can I not buy another one?
So for Cham Pale I'm getting Straight to the Head lipgelee and I Get No Kick liner(maybe 2) and maybe another Feline. I am not getting the highlighters because the colors aren't very special. That's painful because I love the way they look. From Stylishly Yours I've settled on Virgin Isle and Madly Magenta CCB and Too Chic Beauty Powder. I need to stop fighting the urge because I love BP's.

I say all this knowing I have extra money and I hope that I don't get there, wrapped up in the spirit and end up buying things I know I don't need/want.

So I just put on Straight To The Head and looked at myself in the mirror and then wiped it off. Now there is minute glitter particles everywhere! Has anyone else had this problem with this new glittery lip gelee?

Im with ya!! I dont even kno why I bother making a list...when I get in there all the sales ladys say hi to me and my kids by name and just start pulling stuff and hidding the prices fro my husband....enablers!!!!!!

Grrrr I was up last night late, trying to work out my FINAL LIST!

Shopping at MAC takes military precision these days, jeee whizz!

So I am no longer going to get Soiree, I will look for a dupe that isn't streaky!

However I will be purchasing Feline x2, I Get No Kick x2, Bubble Lounge L/Gel and Dangerous Cuvee...sheer or not I can't resist it!!! Temptalia said its cool toned, but I don't care!!!

For me I think its just gonna be Chez Chez Lame and potentially Fix + Lavender (depending on whether I like the scent or not).

I thought I was gonna be picking up some paint pots but they look a bit dull in swatches so I don't think I'll be getting those now.

Just too bad it fades so quickly from the waterline, I guess it's better for highlighting, outer lashline and such. Sometimes I want a subtle shimmery shade to my waterline instead of my Chromagraphic but I should probably be using light pencil shades on my lower lashline instead of waterline so I wouldn't get the 60s look or the anime eyes

use a piggie like Vanilla and mix with water or mixing medium and get almost the same effect or use it dry on top of IGNK to set it.. it will wear much longer

I bought Straight to the Head lipgelee, I Get No Kick and Dangerous Cuvee paintpot. First, Straight to the Head is fierce! It's bronzey and sparkly and gorgeous. I snapped a pic, but it really doesn't photograph well. All the magic is in person because in photos, only the shimmer picks up. I Get No Kick is nice, but I didn't fall in love with it. It kinda makes me look like I didn't wash my face after I woke up, you know? i have to watch how I apply it.

Dangerous Cuvee completely surprised me! It's gorgeous. Yes, it is sheerer compared to the usual paintpots and that's what I love. You can't overdo this baby. It's a beautiful silver, pewter, almost lavender shimmery pot of goodness. I can't wait to wear this alone or with shadow. It's not so sheer that you're repulsed. I love the idea of softness.

As for the rest of the collection, I was underwhlemed by both highlight powders for my complexion. I got a BP from Stylishly Yours and this just seemed redundant. I left Feline, but maybe I'll buy one when the collection hits all stores. I liked Let Me Pop paint pot and I may buy that one, too. I really just wanted to stick to what I truly needed today. I wish the lipgelee's had more range in colors. Straight to the Head was the most impressive. I'm bummed that I really love the darkest color in the shadow quad because I have Brule, Retrospeck and I have no interest in the pink shade.

If you don't normally wear pale eye liners, how would you use I Get No Kick? As a eye highlighter maybe?
