Why in the heck am I drawn to the Mattenes when I know that I would never reach for those colors and that they would make me look like a corpse with my pale skin?!

My MA said that the lipstick colors are not 'me', so I'll get to pass on those....but a couple of the lipglasses are another story....and I'll probably pick up Spiced Chocolates. The quads will likely show up at the CCO, so I might wait to get them then. I'm looking forward to Ungaro and Holiday - for some reason I can't see the pics posted here.....

So, I talked to my MA and she confirmed that Cult of Cherry is for sure coming out on the 21st. I'm so happy, it gives me enough time to save up! This collection is HUGE so I'm glad they pushed up the date! hahaha

ahhh those new product images are sweet!! i figured i'd be spending a lot on this collection, but now I want everything! I like how I thought I'd skip on all the quads but now I think I'm going to get them all, haha. Here's my wish list (not to be confused with what i will realistically get):

- all 3 quads
- Creme Cerise l/s
- O l/s
- Rapturous mattene
- Bing mattene
- Blooming blush

= cha ching!!

I think maybe I will have to drop one of the quads and only get one mattene...that will be do-able. Right now my list is at like $180...grr.


PS- coachkitten, those mattenes would look HOT on fair skin! just look at the model, she looks amazing!

Yea, but remember when we didn't have all the details and thought it wasn't coming out til like Sept or Oct? Or maybe we've known all along that it was August but it seemed so far away so I just registered it as fall in my head.

Serious, this collection is really cool! I can't believe it's only a couple weeks away now!

I'll can't wait to hear more from everyone here once you get your hands on CoC. I guess it will probably launch here a month later after US/Canada launch date since Electroflash was just launched last Friday.

Okay so when I went to go see the Starflash collection the day it came out, my MA Margo was like you want me to sign you up for the event for Cult Of Cherry? I said have you seen the colors??? And she laughed. I said eh I don't think so. I won't be buying anything from this collection now that I think about it. And she's like I know, but I will sign you up anyway. I said well what if I don't buy anything? And she winked and said don't worry under her breath. LOL

I will be getting a free makeover even though I don't even want it! woo hooo (I think)

Only the Cult Of Cherry lipglass looks gorgeous so maybe I will just get that. O and the blushes! I have to get the pink bronze blush

I think my MAC addiction is declining. I feel it. I don't want anything anymore. The only collection I am looking forward to is the Manish Arora collection evem though it is perm. lol

So I will be going back next week to take a close look at this-there was a lot to look at along with Overrich pigments.

If Red Romp looks anything like Cult of Cherry I guess I can save money there. lol
Can anyone tell me if they r alike? Swatches perhaps?

Oh and I forgot to add in my previous post that my MA, Margo also said that she went to an update (I think) for this collection. And her trainer was there wearing all black, her hair curled, barely anything on her lids, just mascara and a wash of a light colored shadow that most likely is from this collection. But she was wearing the darkest mattene lippie on her lips and it looked gorgeous. She said her trainer really pulled it off well. Its just that this collection takes a bit of creativity to work with all the colors. The combinations are endless!

I kind of agree with you! It is all getting a bit overwhelming with all of the collections. It is hard to really get truly excited about any of it anymore. There is just no time in between to enjoy all of the stuff that I have! That being said there are a few upcoming things that I am looking forward to.

Yeap! I am also on the edge of selling most of it too. lol B/c from the looks of my collection, It will take me take me 10 lifetimes+ to finish. I know it sounds depressing and all but thats how I have been feeling lately. I haven't been posting fotds b/c I haven't been into it. Oh now, is this the end for me? lol

I know that feeling. That is why i hold myself to a budget. I usually only buy 2-3 items from a collection or nothing at all.

Me too! I COULD NOT wait for Starflash and I got there practiacally running to the counter, swatched everything and got 3 shadows and another feline. Which isn't really a small haul, but my list was SO LONG!! This collection I hope is the same. I want so much but as usual I know when I get there I won't want as much. OR It could be like Smoke Signals and I'll drop and ungodly amount, be happy as a clam and promise to NEVER do it again!

My hauls and desires have definitely quieted down. I'm glad. I still can't wait for this collection!!
