GoldenGirl --- Plum Du Bois is more of a bronzed warm plum/pink with shimmer - where as Sweet As Coco is more of a browned red burgundy with red shimmer... they are not dupes but they are vaguely similar... I'm super fair - so any variation in color between 2 products is very noticeable on me. Both are gorgeous... but I think Plum Du Bois would complement the dark hued lippies from the Cult of Cherry collection better than Sweet As Cocoa - it's a red vs. purple thing... but I repeat...BOTH ARE GORGEOUS. HTH.

Never fear, as I *will* have paws on C of C soon...a new (older) 2nd car has turned out to be a lemon, so no more m/u spending now. I am not very patient, but I must be a good girl...Car needs fixing & will give CherylFaith Freedom to take little boy to school...& once car's fixed, I'm in trouble...I will need to hide plastic at home somewhere for awhile... I know I'm a weirdo, but I think I have 11 Red-toned lipsticks! Maybe it's time for me to try neutrals...but I doubt it.

Thanks kt. I might have to pick up Plum and wait until some other time to get the others since those are perm, especially since I already know I'll be getting quite a few of the lippies from CoC. Thanks!

I always thought the quads were a excellent deal, cause yeah, in the pan you'd be paying more and in the pot you'd be paying $58. The quads are a great deal, IMO. And I cannot wait to get my hands on the Spiced Chocolate one
. I also really want Cherry Blossom l/g and one of the red lipsticks or Cult of Cherry l/g, gonna go see them in person. I can't wait, it'll be my first MAC trip in 3 months :O. Stupid summer... LOL.

^^^They are a great deal, unless you already own 3 of the 4 colors. Then you are paying $36 for 1 shadow, which I think sucks. JMO. I get a little peeved at repromotes....That being said, I still might get Spiced Chocolate, just b/c it is beautiful and I have proven time and again that I am truly weak.

Great point! That statement was coming from a person who is monetarily challenged. LOL
ETA: Also, a pre-made quad is cheaper than making your own quad, I agree!! But in the end, its the shadows that you want.
