I think lightly ripe works for me b/c I have almost NO pigment in my lips so, for the most part, the color in the tube is the color I get.

Yay!! Someone finally recognized them.. They are so dang funny!!

I didn't try chockful, but if I remember correctly, I think there is a whole discussion about the badassness of it with hot n saucy (? don't quote me on that) a few pages back. I could be completely wrong about that. They might have been talking about Kirsch.

That was kirsch, but I think the badass combo you are referring to what that posted by Jenntoz, which was Chockful with CoC l/g (I think!)

Thank you my lovely. Seeing your colouring in this beautiful palette is one of the factors that totally pushed me over the edge. And I happily jumped over, believe me!

Fabulous collection, of course, with what I have spent today and in the past week on mac.com I will have to be very frugal for a while. VERY.

But, ahhhh - I am loving the CoC.

I am so fiending for CoC still. And my bf LOVES the vampy lips

This thread was a horrible influence on me & I don't think I even posted in it once. I stopped by my MAC counter & ended up with way more than I originally planned to get thanks to all you awesome girls.

thank you all for your own hauls/fotd's/faves from this collection. it is one that i've really been looking forward to all summer, so i got to my counter in the am thursday and they didnt have the coc stuff delivered to them yet!!!

my mua called after 2pm that they had gotten it, but they didnt get all of the lip stuff and what they did get is in limited quantity. sooooo, i got over there and got what i had already decided on: spiced choc quad and tempting quad. they only got cherry blossom and jampacked lipglass and the mattenes, no lipsticks from this collection WTF?

soooo, i ordered lightly ripe l/s online and added kirsch mattene from all the good feedback from here....oh and i already have rapturous mattene (i actually found it at a cco about a month ago whoo hoo)

i love love love the e/s quads!!!!!

I don't mind spending the $$ on this collection because I know I don't have any lipsticks/glosses like these. I have Plum du Bois and I like it. Have you considered the Spiced Choc quad? With your blue eyes it would look amazing. Plus I think you can even get a more natural day time look out of it.

I think you'll be glad you got liquer...it is so pretty.

I am skipping the tempting quad but when all is said is done (after my shopping tomorrow) I will have 2 quads, both blushes, all the glosses, all the lippies except Russian Red and Creme Cerise, and Kirsch mattene. I will probably pick up one liner to match So Scarlet and Kirsch. Then I am DONE w/the makeup for a while.

I just got back from getting CoC all over my face and this is what i think:

Kirsch- CoC-licious

Kirsch is a medium burgundy/deep pink berry color, so huge for fall. if you just get this and be done with it, you will be fine, but it is dupeable, you can find this in any brand. But for MAC, a must-have.

So Scarlet, a deep red/pink, CoC-licious
CoC l/g-I am getting this just to wear over my dark lips this fall, so gorgeous.

Bing-Awesome dark purple and like the swatch has if you put CoC on top of it, so hot and dark without being GOTH GIRL.

Chockful-get it at the CCO because that is where it is going

O l/s on my lips was a bronzey/orange like it didn't belong in collection, still beautiful-but summery on me- but I have seen where it is red on other people.

Lightly Pink CoC- freudian slip-sorry Rbella, run of the mill light pink, IMO. I wanted to like it, though,
All lipglasses-Coc-licious. Oh, wait, except for Cherry Blossom, been there, done that, have smeared that CoC a million times.

Smudged Violet is Mauvement without the intense sparkle. But pretty.
Sharp is Bitter/Overgrown over Lucky Jade. Pretty again.

Spiced Quad-beautiful, for a wearable fall collection-must have if you don't have Embark, Cranberry/Heritage Rouge over Artifact p/p or on top of Sketch, Coppering with Copperbeam.

Wow, I would never have thought to pair Chockful and that l/g together, but they sure to look pretty! I love the extra sparkle over the dark brown. Reminds me of OPI Espresso Your Style polish - one of my favs!!
