I've missed you the last few days. Please don't be gone so long again. Makes Rbella so sad.

I'm sorry! I wasn't trying to be!

I have six of the eight BPBs, by the way, and only skipped two because the shades were so similar to the Fafi blushes, which I have.

I LOVE the Cult of Cherry blushes and haven't touched my BPBs since I got them, which, for me, is unusual. I've been wearing these two blushes and nothing else on my cheeks since I got them! THEY ARE THAT PRETTY.

Or try it with one of your other lipglass and see how that works! you can make Lightly Ripe work for you,you just have to play with a bit trust me

I generally don't post while working, but felt rather compelled! I will be heading back to the MAC counter on my lunch hour to get Rich & Ripe and holding the two of you accountable! *Sigh* And I might have to get that black chunky knit sweater I was eyeing the other day to go with it! So you both indirectly enabled me to buy a sweater as well!!!

I am so happy for you!! You will rock that Ripe!! Also, could you pick up an extra sweater for me while you're there? Thanks.

How does the Blooming Blush compare to the Angel Blush (d/c), is Blooming very peachy / greyish? There were some great swatches but it didn´t look the same in every pic, sometimes just right for me and sometimes too dark / too peach.

And how does Lightly Ripe L/S compare to the Party Mate L/S (or also Sweetie? - I tried the search on Sweetie but seems the previous question by someone else was lost or no one knew it at that point).

Thanks a lot for all comments! =)

Angel is a soft baby pink. It is matte and lightly pigmented. Blooming is more like a frosty Stray Rose. It is much more pigmented! It is not very grey or peachy.

Lightly Ripe is like a strawberry pink. It is a lustre. Sweetie has more purple undertones.

Right? My simple Bing and CoC lipglass order just grew into 3 more l/g's, the rest of the mattene's and both blushes. Got the Bing and CoC today at work but am wearing "summer" eyes so can't try them out just now.

Winthrop44 - I had to use a tissue to blot SS about 3 times, then I really liked it. I put Cherry Blossom over it then.

If anyone is on the fence about Blooming - Get Blooming!!!! get it get it get it
lol.gif

hummm, I didn't even try Blooming coz I thought it wouldn't show up. Do you think it'll show up at all on NC30/35 skin?

I definitely agree with those of you recommending Lightly Ripe with Rich and Ripe, it's all I could think about when I did my first CoC haul. I'm working hard here to make that my only choice! I keep yearning for that red lipglass, even though I never use my red lipglass from the Christmas collection. Must. Resist.

And jpohrer, I think you've hit the nail on the head! That's exactly what I thought when I first saw Blooming: "It looks an awful lot like Stray Rose." - this is one of my favorite blushes, ever.
