I had the same problem about violet not showing up on me (NC30) but since I started using electro sky paint pot it has been

, problem solved! I've also tried using sea me or silverbleu shade sticks and they also help make violet be violet. Hope that helps...

Go for it! Raven kohl power and Foxy Lady eye kohl compliment that quad really nicely.

BBB, damnit you, I'm trying to resist getting that quad- especially since I have a few Deep Truth-y dark blues- and you're only making this harder.

I tried Crimsonaire s/s as a base for one of those Deep Truth-y colors I have, it really brought the other purples I had together.

That's really odd for you and omgitzstephanie! I'm NC30 and asian and I have no problems with purples or violets! Other than teal, they're my absolute favorite colors to work wiith because purples do a great job of bringing out brown eyes! Which is why I skipped Shadowy Lady Quad, because I have so many purples and violets.

I definitely think you should get it! I LOVE purples! They are great with brown eyes and really bring them out. I'm also NC30 with brown asian eyes. I skipped the quad just because I have a lot of purple already, but if you don't own a lot of purples, you should definitely pick this quad up. I suggest smudged violet in the inner half of your eye, pulled up to about where the crease would be (if we didn't have asian eyes lol), darken the outer half with Shadowy Lady pulled again past the crease and blend in between. Lightfall on the inner corner of the lower eyelid... Deep Truth on the rest of the lower eyelid. And find a highlight shade to use (Naked Lunch I love!) on your browbone.

Shadowy Lady--OH, this is so gorgeous. I love it.

I bought one Jampacked at Nordstom with only two left (Prov Place Mall) on Saturday. Then, on Sunday, after wearing Jampacked all day Sat, I decided that I NEEDED a back-up, so I went to Macy's (Warwick Mall) to scoop up the very last Jampacked! It's selling out quickly in this area.

That color is hot hot hot! I like that it's buildable. Smooches!

i just got my CoC in the mail today, and let me just say, i now understand why this thread has 123 pages....
These are some of the most beautiful colours i've ever seen in my life! the lippies are just gorgeous, and im so glad i got spiced choc having read all the comments about it complementing blue eyes. and omg the pigments are soooo rich and frosty and mmmmmm

i cant wait to start playing with it all tomoro!

im still iffy about the shadowy lady quad..... will have to start trawling thru the FOTDs methinks

sorry if im way off on thsi comparison, but does smudged violet bear any resemblance to illegal cargo from naughty nauticals??
