MAC - Dazzleglass Cremes Discussion

I tried Soft Dazzle yesterday and really hated it because it was soooo gritty! If anyone blew these all off after trying Soft Dazzle or Sublime Shine because of the grit you should really try some other shades. I ended up with Creme Allure, Luscious Spark, Perfectly Unordinary and My Favorite Pink and love them!

I tried Soft Dazzle in the store and instantly hated it.....and it was the one I went for initially....

Tish, how is Amorous as far as the grit factor? I really like the color.

Soft Dazzle IS sort of gritty and i hated it first but after playing around a little i think i'll like it! Do It Up is wayy different!

Amourous is not gritty at all! i found only Soft Dazzle and Sublime Shine to be a bit gritty and applied goopy

I just took everything off my lips including balm so I could get a true feel and I can feel no grit from Amorous....It is actually smoother feeling than Perfectly UnOrdinary and MFP IMO, and those feel great to me....HTH

I'm 99.9% sure that I'll be skipping this collection because I hardly ever use lip glosses. But still, there is a 0.01% chance that I might cave and get something the next time I'm at a counter. Doesn't make sense, does it?

I had the same experience with sublime shine and had to return it. but my favorite pink is not as gritty. weird.

Yes I was there at night, maybe about 7+ or 8+. Were you there at that time too?

My Favourite Pink if you want a light pink, Creme Allure for a darker pink or Amorous if you're looking for a red.

well my amourous and creme allure arrived! these don't feel gritty to me at all! i have worn both only once but both times the colour faded very quickly

which was a little dissapointing but i kinda expected it. i prefer the colour payoff of these to dazzleglasses but prefer the stickyness of the dazzleglass - these feel like they'll slip off my lips and onto my chin! but they look beautiful!

did u try out the Dg cremes or did u just go and pik up the SB things? haha the girl who looked like "(to me) picked up , i think, a nail polish and a GPS and something else if I am not wrong

I just bought totally fab yesterday even though it is similar to chanel glossimers that I have. It is gritty, but I don't make a habit of rubbing my lips togehter. It's a gorgeous color. I also want creme allure and a couple of others. Maybe do it up and luscious spark. I want one of the pinky colors because I usually only do stronger colors like hot pink, etc. I prefer my glossimers, but these are a nice addition to the ridiculously large stash.

btw, I also got the 109 brush, finally. I really like it and no shedding when I tested it or washed it afterwards.

the 109 brush is great! mine doesn't shed and i love it for blush and highlighting

Girl wear it anyways! Sometimes I like to put on a really bright lip and just wear it around the house while I clean, watch tv, etc.!
