GlamQueen, I wish I had resisted. They are pretty, but gritty and I have a lot of these colors already. I bought Totally Fab, but I totally don't need it. To the back of the drawer it goes.

^yeah. Totally Fab is gritty. I got suckered in. The colors are pretty, but not unique and the texture isn't the best. I hope yours aren't gritty.

I tried on Creme Allure on my lips and it wasn't gritty. On the other hand, MFP and PU were very gritty. I think it's because the glitters are very big.

I must be super lucky (or have numb lips?). I love all of my Dazzleglass Cremes, and none of them feel gritty or uncomfy on my lips.

I ended up with Amorous, Creme Allure, MFP and Totally Fab...so far!

I hope not either. My Favourite Pink, Luscious Spark, Sublime Shine and Perfectly Unordinary are my next targets! I should've done the 2nd Day Shipping for Soft Dazzle.

so i've had my creme allure and amourous about a week now. and even though i think the colour are fab - i can't get over the slippyness and the factthey don't last long at all on my lips. so i can't see myself using these that often because they're quite high maintainence and i much prefer the normal dazzleglass (lasts for hours and sticky not slippy!)

so i'm pleased i only got 2 of them. shame because i really do love the way they look!

Bummer.... I bought all 9, but barely tried them out today. I decided to try out MFP first. I can definitely feel grit with one light layer, but after the second layer it wasn't as noticeable. It doesn't bother me though because I don't tend to smack my lips together anyway. I was happy with the color... I have pigmented lips so it turned into more of a light mauve than a pink. I was quite pleased with the look, but the thing that sucks about them is the staying power. I put this on no less than an hour ago and it already looks like I need to reapply. I haven't eaten anything, nor have I been talking since I put this stuff on. Maybe it's because I was testing for grittiness? In any case, I'm not sure if I should keep the other 8. I'd rather stick to lipglass since you get more bang for your buck and the staying power WAY exceeds DGC.

Has anyone figured out how to not end up with glitters on their lips (and elsewhere on their face) when the color wears off with these? I reallllllly hate that and if I can't figure out how to avoid it I'm just going to B2M the rest of mine.

Hmm, I actually haven't had that problem. I always wear mine over lipstick though, maybe that's why? The next time I wear one I'll be super self conscious of the glitter...it could be happening and I just haven't noticed!

I usually put a lip conditioner or primer on b4 I apply mine. When I take off the rest of my face @ the end of the day, I just wipe my lips with the makeup remover cloth and it comes right off- no glitter left behind. Hope this helps.

mine stay on my lips. I wear them over lipsticks though. The only one I've worn on its own was Amorous and still it stayed on my lips.

I loved these glosses. They were my favourite thing about MAC in 09 (these and Style Black)

Ok, I have not been wearing them over lipstick or lip conditioner, not even lip liner, just on bare lips, so that must be my problem. Thanks everyone!

I was so excited when i got these because i didn't have the chance to go to the store and check them out.
First impressions, i LOVED the colours and the sparkles. When i put it on my lips the colour was amazing so was the glitter but whn i smacked my lips together..i can feel the grittyness. It's like having salt or sugar on your lips. I was a bit sad about that but i guess it's okay, i can live with it for the sake of the colour payoff.

So my favorite out of the dazzleglass, cremsheenes and these would be the cremesheenes for their smoothness and then the dazzleglass..I didn't like these a lot simply for the grittyness.

Do you like the glitter/sparkly finish of the Dazzleglasses?
What worries me are the reviews of the gritty feeling on the lips but because I couldn't try them on my lips too I personally don't know if it would bother me.

Amorous looks gorgeous in the swatches, though.
