[@]erine1881[/@], you are extremely helpful. I've never gotten this level of help/advice from anyone at MAC. I get what I need from you and Liba, then handle my biz in the store or online. Y'all need to teach a course, because these people out here don't know much.

Mine did too. My husband is going to kill me when he sees ANOTHER black box at our door (the third in 2 days, but one was my friends). BUT my argument will be that he told me to get PP while we were at the mall this weekend since it was still on display and I thought it was in stock.

Is it because of whatever storm is supposed to be up north causing shipping delays? At least that's what the FedEx website says (I know MAC doesn't use FedEx but maybe it's affecting UPS too?). I only saw this because my Zoya order finally shipped and when I checked the tracking that notice was on the FedEx website.

It's truly unfortunate. I was at my old counter today B2Ming and ran into a former customer. She didn't know i wasn't there any more and came out to tell me some great news she had while she was there (i ran down to starbucks) she asked them what was new and all they could tell her was "well, we have kits". Like, really!? No elaboration on the collaboration collections with RiRi (which they still had some items from), or that her new collection launches online tomorrow, go in depth about the holiday kits (ummm, hello pigment sets!!!), the holiday colour collections, the premade quads (which are always a big deal at this counter), new foundation formula, new lipstick formula, BB cream... So much new stuff and she goes "we have kits". :rolleyes: They seriously need to close this counter. :eek:hboy:
