Yeah it's bad enough they close at 5pm est which is 2pm my time on the west coast lol I haven't heard anyone else mention having the same issue so I can't see the sold out this being legit ! I ordered at 730p pst Sunday night Any Canadians out there order after me and get theirs?

Not sure how I feel about LL. It looks a bit muddy on me but then I'm not wearing foundation right now and that can make a big difference. It's kinda the same color as the discoloration on my eyelids before I use concealer
I need to see it in different lighting. I do love the shimmer in it though.
I ordered at about the same time as you. Got my stuff today - didn't order PP though and that is the only thing SO in Canada. Might have been low stock to begin with =/. Still, I'm sure we were some of the first to order on Sunday,lol. So still a screw up by MAC.
Did you choose express or standard shipping out of curiosity?

So sorry to hear that. It does seem odd that they say PP sold out, I definitely saw it there on Monday.I'm beyond pissed right now.. I got a MSG this morning from mac saying private party is sold out !! And that it was sold out when I ordered it .. FIRST OFF I ordered on SUNDAY! Launch night.. There's no fuxking way it was already sold out on the CANADIAN site when it didn't even sell out on US til the next day or so and on Canadian a few days later.. And how the fack did they not call me until today 4 days later????!? So mad never had any such problems with Canadian mac ;@:&

Standard shipping . But anytime I order it always ships the following day.. But kept missing them when I tried to call the last few days to find out why it was pending ... Monday they were closed for the holiday though.. I dunnoooooo what to think anymore.

My order came! Yay I got Lavish Living, Lured to Love, Scene to be Seen, you've Got it CSG, Until Dawn and Exquisite Ego. I am wearing Until Dawn and Lavish Living right now and love them. Until Dawn looks kind of gold on me, but like a nice more neutral gold. Lavish Living is deeeeelicious! I am NC20ish and had to blend blend blend, but the end result is so glowy and different looking. Not your standard blush color. I also tried You've Got It and it's lovely, but I wish the green showed up a bit more on me. Haven't tried the rest yet, but they look pretty!

I remember quite a while back someone (I think it was Mac Guy) saying that they almost always go Express/Overnight because Mac starts packing up those orders first to ship asap. Which might lead to situations like yours
It kind of makes sense from MAC perspective.With the way MAC works, they make us paranoid enough! lol
ETA: Haha I somehow thought it was Friday today!!!
Hopefully when you call them up tomorrow they will tell you they have one ready to ship to you! Think positive!

I usually skip the holiday collections. I just never find anything that speaks to me. And I've officially sworn off mineralized anything!!! I love to look at them but quite frankly I don't use them like I use other items. I didn't follow this thread at all. However I have two items on hold at Pro. Stares and Speculation f/l and PP lippie. This will be my first holiday collection purchase since Tartan Tale and I only got a pigment from that one.

Not if there are a lot of orders, and there always are after a long weekend. I wonder if they ship express orders first since they've charged for them and are committed? They shouldn't, but that's the only thing I can think of to explain it. If so, I'm springing for express shipping for the Punk Couture/Nude Magnetics launch.So sorry to hear that. Because they hadn't started to process the orders yet. When I spoke to them on Tuesday, my order wasn't even showing as pending on the system. I thought then that there was a big backlog (like with Heroine). I bought my daughter an e/s palette (yay lower prices) and some e/s on Tuesday and told the MUA what was going on, and she immediately pulled one for me.

It's enough to make me choose express on most LE collection orders from that point on wards. Usually there is a free shipping code active which brings the express cost down.
By Canadian shipping standards, $6.50 for express is fantastic!
