Today I finally went to my MAC store and saw the collection. I only got You've Got It Cremesheen Glass and almost tempted myself to get Talk Of The Town MB and Flair For Finery Cremesheen Glass but hopefully I will go back to my MAC store again soon.

I have light skin and hazel eyes and i've been wearing it almost every day since i got it. Love the golden sheen and no glitter. It's more of a daytime beauty liner rather than a night time drama liner.

The more i buy MAC Fluidlines, the more i get sucked into wearing them. While some have glitter - which i don't mind - they all seem to be creamy and go on smoothly. I have some "gel" liners from other companies, but of those i have, MAC is definitely my favorite.

I am beginning to feel like finding the perfect foundation is impossible!

MAC Mineralize foundation is the only MAC foundation i can wear. I don't yet have a bottle of it - working my way through a sample, but i do like it a lot.

I've never bought an Armani product (and i always use a moisturizing sun screen before my foundation). Does the Armani counter give samples?

Is this carried in dept. stores? And if yes, which? I don't like ordering foundation without testing it first.

All I know is, this year's sets have grey glitter AND I NEED All I know is, this year's sets have grey glitter AND I NEED IT NOW!
I tested the pigment & glitter sets a day or two ago. I have girded my loins and decided to skip them all. But they ARE lovely. Problem for me is i want one or two from each set, but not all five.

That grey glitter is REALLY nice!

I think I'll pass on the pigment/glitter sets, mainly because I HATE chunky glitter. I love the reflects glitters though. Plus the pigments that I do like are all either permanent or similar to stuff I already have. However, all 3 Dazzleglass sets have been ordered!

My Armani counter gives samples, really generous too, I got two samples of maestro from my counter lady but I'm kind of delaying its purchase til after holiday collections

Yeah I'd like to know too! If I could get only one and I haven't got ANY pigments, which would be the best. How can you use the glitters? I have pink glitter, the MUA at the stand convinced me because she said it looked amazing all over the eyelid
The purple & pink set i love, but i already have several of the colors in it, and it might not be for everyone, in terms of coloring and taste.

The teal & gold set is pretty good, but it has 2 really dark colors and i almost never wear such dark colors, and i already have Old Gold pigment.

The gold set I think is the most versatile and will work on pretty much every coloring. And it's very Holiday.

Glitters need a sticky base or they'll just fall off. I've used Too Faced Glitter Glue, but there are other similar products by other companies. You can use them by themselves, but i think they're better over some other color. IIRC, the glitters used to say not to use on eyes, but it's hard to imagine never putting them on eyes...

Reflects powders have no obvious color - they look white in the jar, and they are actually transparent. In the right light or at the right angle, however, they shine with the color in their name. I sometimes use them on my cheeks.

Pigments can be used over lipsticks, as well as on the eyes. I'm not sure about the Reflects powders, i would guess yes, but i don't know for sure...

I'm sure this has been answered already, i'm behind on these boards.

Pigments are loose powder colors. They are usually quite intense. They are very versatile. They can be used on the eyes like shadow. Over lipstick or gloss to alter or augment the color (we recently saw a dark purple lipstick with lime green pigment in the middle, as well as a dark purple with blue pigment over it). They can be used elsewhere on the face - altho most of us wouldn't under normal circumstances... but i like to play...

They can be mixed with MAC's PRO Mixing Mediums so they are easier to apply. I have Lash Mix and intend to mix some pigments into it in colors that i can't find in commercial mascara. There are also Satin Lipmix and Gloss Lipmix so you can create your own lip colors. There's also a Matte Mix on the website under Multi-Use Products, as well as Mixing Medium Shine, Mixing Medium Matte, and Mixing Medium Eyeliner, so you can create your own makeup colors and finishes.

The reflects aren't powders. They're glitters, and have the same non-eye/lip recommendations as all mac glitters.

The Canadian site still has Lavish Living. Perhaps you can call in an order from Canada and have them ship it to you? I think I have heard of people doing that before :)
