I finally got my electroflash & sonic chic goodies from ups last night, yay!
I added some swatches of my duos to the swatch thread. It probably wasn't necessary cause there are already so many great swatches, but I think I am addicted to swatching, so I had to, lol

oh god.. I love fast thrill and sonic vibe... I haven't had the want to buy back ups of anything other then the tlcs' before this and now all I want to do is buy a back up or two of this color since its so beautiful, are there any that are close to these two within the perm line? plllease let me know I really must know.

I am wearing Sea and Sky today, and I love it! The pale blue side is the perfect shade of blue. Exactly what I have been looking for. Not to light, not to dark, not to silvery, or frosty. Just beautiful pale blue sky with shimmer. I love it. Of course, the darker side is great too, but I am thrilled with the lighter side. Gonna wear Fresh Green tomorrow, and I think I'm going back for Polar Opposites. I am really pleased with the quality of these MES compared to past one.

Oh, and I think I need Cultureclash now too!

I tried on my three glosses...
Sonic Vibe is BEAUTIFUL frosty light raspberry on me with a hint of hot pink. Hahaha... the pearl is GORGEOUS in it. This is true for Culture Clash and Major Minor as well. The pearl in them is soooo beautiful! I'd say that Major Minor is BEAUTIFUL, I'm usually not a beige lips girls, but this is SO wearable and just looks so elegant, I don't see a lot of gold in it, but the PEARL is so pretty.
And yes, just like everyone is saying, Culture Clash is like.. pure cotton candy in the tube. And again, the pearl makes all the difference in these glosses. It's pure frosty sex, but not overtly so. It's just gorgeous. lol.
So glad I B2Med for these.

I am a little bit late, I know, but I finally did get to check out these shadows yesterday. I originally only wanted sea & sky and the fresh green, but I also walked away with odd couple of hot contrast.

My opinions:
The best base for these would be paint pots while they are still wet. Anything dry like paints will not let these stick as well to the eye imo
The brush recommended to me was the 217, which did a surprisingly good job of packing the color on. The 239 would probably do a great job too

My fav base & mes combos :
Rollickin Paint Pot+ Sea & Sky
Artifact Paint Pot + Odd Couple
Constructivist PP with Odd couple is pretty nice too

Pharoah PP or Moss Scape PP with Fresh Green

The most beautiful of the bunch had to be fresh green. The colors are beautifully vivid, and the texture did not flake at all on me. Sea & Sky is a close second

A lot of these mes reminded me of pigments, but the colors were surprisingly more intense. Like the purple in odd couple was similar to grape. Of course nothing else recreates the iridescence u get from the mes eyeshadow.

Sea & Sky is so beautiful, i think all specktra members should get one of it. The blue color doesn't look like any other color. Not even look like Deep Truth. It's a MUST HAVEEE =]

Fresh Green Mix is also beautiful, its color looks like Chartreuse pigment but a lil bit brighter. This color is great for summer days. YAYYY

And Fast Thrill lipstick is very nice. Kind of pink and peachie =]

What I picked: pink split, odd couple, fresh green mix, sea & sky, two to glow, play on plums, major minor l/g and cultureclash l/g. These mes are by far the best mes I have ever swatched. I am a MAC fan the last 8 years and I have never seen such a great texture

I have a completely different review than most of you ladies , sorry...

My absolute favourites are: pink split, odd couple, two to glow, play on plums and major minor l/g. It's the first time I bought a blue e/s and the mono blue colour of sea & sky is really fantastic, so fantastic that I think that I'll wear this blue e/s

, but:

Fresh green mix really reminds me of the green mes in flashtronic. That is not necessarily bad because I am always fond of green shadows, but for me fresh green mix is not such a unique colour... I've seen it again.

Two to glow is ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!! It reminds me of the combo Amber lights + sable (I think it's sable, I hope I'm not wrong

). I will combine it with rubenesque pp and I think I will love it

Odd couple is GORGEOUS! The purple size is like duochrome e/s, it shines so beautifully. The melange side reminds me of gleam e/s but without the sparkle.

The mono side of play on plums reminds me of trax e/s which I truly love...

Cultureclash l/g is a very girly, fresh color, it's like a bubblegum. It's really lovely, and I think it will rock on top of pink lipsticks

But I prefer major minor l/g. It's like expensive pink in a tube

By the way, I am NC25 (and when tanned I am NC35), brown hair with gold highlights and green eyes.

I must have told myself a million times that I wasn't going to buy anything from this collection because of Nordie's anniversary sale but after reading here I decided to go out and pick up just Hot Contrast. Yeah, right. LOL

I ended up with Sea and Sky, Hot Contrast, Play on Plums, Sonic Vibe and Culture Clash. Seriously, for the health of my bank account, I need to spend a little less time with y'all. Especially with our new MAC store opening soon.

I have no interest in these shadows but I went to the mall with my best friend and convinced her to buy some Studio Fix (compact) because she's always raving about my foundation. WELL.....guess who saw the electroflash collection and nearly swooned? She now has 3 of them and I intend to convert another relatively normal person into a MAC ADDICT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both are really pretty but especially Fresh Green Mix!! Such a pretty light green almost comparable to chartruse piggie but i think a bit brighter from swatches that i've seen. Plus you could do such a pretty look with Sea & Sky and Fresh Green Mix. lol.
The silver in polar opposites is super sparkley and bright!!

See, I thought the green in FRM was a bit light for my liking. I was planning on purchasing it but passed once I swatched it. I love Chartreuse p/m b/c of its intensity and brightness. But now since everyone is talking about it, I am getting suckered in. I must not let this happen! haha
And silver will always be silver so I guess polar opposite isn't necessary or a must have for me. I have so many silver shadows from different brands.

yea silver will be silver i only got it because i dont have any silver shadows and it was pretty and sparkle and im a sucker for sparkles apparently. lol.
