ok, I don't know if this was asked yet or not; Do any of you guys have troubles with these MES staying on your lids?
I have Sea and Sky and Fresh Green Mix. The colors look beautiful on but they start to crease after 3 hours or so. I wear my usual bases with them (paint pots and pains) and they still crease
ssad.gif
So now I don't know if I wanna keep them or not...

I had Sea & Sky on yesterday and the colour disappeared off my crease after about an hour. I used UDPP underneath. I am going to try next the paintpots and see how they work.

I used Fresh Green Mix the day I got it with no base and had no problems with lasting or creasing either, but I have pretty dry lids so that may explain it.

I have super oily lids but with using UDPP my colors stayed put throughout the whole day.

With one of the looks I did swipe the color onto the brush, sprayed Fix+ onto it and then applied. See if that will work for you.

^^^ yep! me too...no base, no problems. Most times though I use my MAC or BE loose mineral powder over my lids, it really makes the shadows last.

I live in Houston (extremely humid) and the only time I have problems with these is when I go outside for long periods of time. If I use UDPP or a paint pot, I'm ok. But, if I'm exposed to the humidity for longer than about 20 minutes, my eyeshadow starts to get funky. It isn't MAC specific, it happens with all my shadows. If I know I'm going to be exposed to the outdoors, I'll use UDPP or a paint pot, shadow and then set with my powder. Sometimes that helps....

hmmm....that's weird coz I never had any creasing problems with my regular MAC e/s. They last on me for over 12 hours (when using paints or paint pots as base). I don't know maybe these just aren't meant for me
th_dunno.gif
? I will give them another chance and wear them with mixing medium and see...

I live in Ottawa, Canada and it's very humid here this time of the year. That could be the problem I'm having with the MES then, but again it doesn't happen with my regular MAC e/s

I should try to set them with powder though, haven't tried that before.

I got it too! It was too perfect to pass up.

I took home Fresh Green Mix, Sea & Sky, and Hot Contrast.

I haven't had any troubles creasing. I only have Hot Contrast at the moment, and I wore it very heavy over Painterly Paint Pot. Since I am very fair, you can definitely tell when dark colors crease on me, and they stayed put. I only touched up a few times under my eye because I got teary a few times. I'll be getting more colors soon and I'll see if they have different staying power.

I didn't have creasing with these so far (score!)... I use Too Faced Shadow Insurance as a base.

Today I used T.F.S.I. and a shadestick and didn't have problems either.

NW15 and I recommend checking out play on plums! <3!! I love it, truly! Its my fave. But of course, you'll want to check it out for yourself.

I love the ones that are more neutrally and pinky ones so I have Pink Split, Love Connection, Polar Opposites, and Play on plums. My second fave so far is love connection. I've not tried polar yet though.

I used Play on Plums yesterday over Fresco Rose PP and I loved it!

Ive had no problem with creasing/lasting but I always use a paintpot.

I put on Odd Couple this morning over Rubenesque paintpot and its almost 11 am the purple has pretty much disappeared. Barely noticable.

The amount of fall out on Odd Couple is crazy and my eyes have been itching all morning. womp womp
ssad.gif

Play on Plums seems to have a better texture (not as chunky, more smooth) but I think Odd Couple is going back and I'll pick up another Mineralize blush instead since their lasting power is amazing.

I bought Odd Couple on Sunday and now I think I need more MES. These are heavenly. I have super oily lids, and with just UDPP, Odd Couple lasted all day with no crease. It was amazing, cause usually I need UDPP plus a Paint to achieve similar results.

So, now I'm thinking I need Play on Plums and maybe Fresh Green Mix. Dammit.

Say it ain't so.

Haven't tried mine out yet. I did try Two to Glow and found it had alot of fall out, but once it's on, it stays put (over Benefit FYeye).

I dont want to give up on it just yet!
I'm gonna try it over Nice Vice and UDPP and whatever concoction I can mix up. I hate taking things back and the purple in Odd Couple is just GAGA
