MAC - Euristocrats II Discussion

I checked out this collection today and here are my personal thoughts on the objects that caught my eye:

Euro Beat - It looked a lot like Smile dazzleglass to me. Smile is a bit lighter. Looks like Utterly Posh too. If you have either, I'd say pass on this, unless a very slight difference is important to you.

Internationalist - I remember checking this one out but I can't even remember why I passed on this one...

Local Colour - I was expecting this to look like Baby Sparks. It doesn't. It looks more like a more pigmented and less glittery version of Bare Necessity.

Rue de Rouge - Similar to Love Alert. Love Alert has more pink in it. I already have Love Alert and I figured there wouldn't be a huge noticeable difference when layered on top of red lipstick since they're pretty sheer anyway.

Vie Veneto - LOVE! Bought this one! It's a dazzleglass version of one of my most favorite lustreglasses, morning glory!

Milan Mode - I liked the online swatches but it looks too much like Sweetie lipstick.

I went to Mac and was in such shock about Michael Jackson, I forgot some of the things that I went for so I have to go back tomorrow. I did pick up Roman Holiday (love this color), London Life, and B2M for Euro Beat.

^ Yes, its a sad news about Michael Jackson, I found it out on my way to MAC also.
I really liked this collection because of the dazzleglasses of course.
My favorite ones are Via Veneto

, Internationalis and Euro Beat. I just got Via Veneto for now (used my emoties).
From the lipsticks my favorites are Costa Chic and St. Germain. I got Costa Chic, its a very pretty coral summery color.

I dont know, to me it was too simular to Brand New Bronze, so I skipped it.

Right now, I have Rue d'Rogue, Cockney, Naked Paris, London Life, and a backup of Buzz l/g from Naked Honey in my cart. I'm debating on whether I should buy it or not because Color Craft is going to DESTROY me! I want to order three MSFs and two MBs on the very day it comes out so I get them right away, plus 5 of the lipglasses later on.

What do you guys think? Should I get my card warmed up yet? Or pass and save it all for Color Craft?

Hmm Cockney and Lady Bug do look like twins! Except maybe Cockney is a teeny tiny bit brighter than Lady Bug, but I don't know if that's because of the lighting.

Waiting for Macys to get the collection. I plan to save my cash for Nordstrom collection. I heard there are only 50 of each item per store(including preorders). It may just be 50 for certain things, but not taking chances for the things I really want. I do plan to get rue, vie(1 of each or 2 of each) and 1-2 l/s thru b2m. I have to save for color craft too. Too many LE so little money.

Ohh I didn't think I'll want anything from this collection but I like what I see..

I like- Costa chic, Milan mode, Patisserie, Via Venetto and Rue d'rouge.
I can't wait to check them out in person!

Macys will get it, just not early like some others (that's what my Macys told me anyway)

Milan Mode looked more pink pink in the some of the swatches, but its more raspberry than pink. But I still like it on.

Yeah, so I had my rendezvous with the ups guy this morning at exactly 11am

- gosh, & it only lasted like 15 seconds

I live in a really small town, so the ups guys are very nice. They even bring my packages right up to my inside house door inside my garage so I never have to worry about them. In most cities I know the deliveries can be a real pain.
