Bah at the makeup bags that are made of felt with faux leather trim. Oh and I didn't even see them in the store, online only? IDK.

Still not overly impressed with this collection. Tried "Pet Me" at two different stores, no good. Nothing I don't already have.

I was highly impressed at the liquid liner. I got the three I mentioned before, "Definitely Feline", "Marked for Glamour" and "Desires & Devices". These liquid liners seem much better than UD's. UD's seem to clump easily.

I may go back for "Smokey Heir", but not for another few paychecks.

Oh and I had pre-ordered with Nordies. Did they pull my pre-order? No. Arg! Thank goodness I stopped by there on a whim. I have been itching all week to play with these liners.

Just got back from the MAC counter. Wasn't terribly impressed with the shadows BUT I picked up some of the liquid eyeliners....Nocturnal,Signature Blue, and Pure Show. Did a few looks with them and I'm taking Signature Blue back tomorrow. Also these are extremely hard to get off once dry. I had a really hard time even with eye makeup remover trying to get these off. They are more like a paint..... They're still really pretty though. Oh and the Grey liner (can't remember the name now) it dries sort of blue.....

I am SO freakin EXCITED - we are finally getting a MAC counter 25 minutes from me - opening tomorrow!

We walked past the Macys - & there it was in all it's glory in the store front window - the MAC Fabulous Felines displayers

Hubby was like finally you can come here any time you want

Seriously, I got so sick of driving well over an hour to get to see anything.

Ok, if I am about to sound like a kid in the candy store and you don't like these type of things: avert your eyes.

Bloodline. This thing is a duochrome on my skin. It is purple and a dark taupey grey with just enough sparkle to make it interesting and under a purple base will completely change the color. I lurvve it. I don't like to say Must-have But do what you will, don't cry later.

Lithe had me at the first swatches and now that I have it, I cannot say how much Lithe and me are friends for life. So much that I might have to get a back-up. Seriously!!

Utterly Game and Pet Me is what I like in MB, low shimmer, beautiful color and hella pigmentation.

They are kinda of dusty more than any MSF or MB that I ever had and because I am a dark NW43/NC50 I will have to layer them over cream blush to make them pop, without it it just a soft pink and soft peach, not like WHOA! she has on too much blush.

I am going to be the brown one, too, I think. I couldn't wear it now because I am too red but in the winter it can layered under a blush or used as my contour. The past duo MB have been too shimmery for my taste, except for Buddy Up but these soothe my wants and desire.

Palace Pedigreed Quad, um yeah, whatever. But I don't regret it and it is different enough from the SCF Colour 2 quad for me to have it, but not different enough from individual eyes like Of Summer, Print or Scene (it's not coming up blue on me but a straight matte grey) and Nocturnelle.

So today was a lesson in why I should restrict myself to ordering online and NEVER visit the counter.

I was all "oh, I'm passing on the quads. No quads for me. I'm going to hold strong."

I got the Burmese Beauty quad. (BTW, I am wearing it right now and LOOOOOOOVVVVVEEEEE it!!!!) I love blue-brown pigment, so BB e/s is amazing. But I really am loving all 4 colors together. It's a great quad.

I also got:
l/g- Best of Breed
Wildly Refined
Jealous

e/l- Treat Me Nice
Desires and Devices (definitely getting more of these amazing liners, I just need more $$$ first!)

l/s- Drive Me Wild
Liquid Lurex--- I am also wearing this right now. Can I just say it is unbelievable??? Just gorgeous. It doesn't look green by itself, it just looks like iridescent prettiness. Over another l/s, it adds major dimension and shine. LOVE. I am debating about a back-up.

Overall, I <3 this collection even more than I thought I would.

... you're so lucky id kill for a MAC counter even an hour away from me.. as it stands my nearest.. (and those of you who know me and have for the last almost 3 years ive been on this site) is STILL 2 hours away. fml

I just got back from my counter--I went in with Utterly Game, Treat Me Nice & Aristo-Cat in mind... And came out with Utterly Game, Treat Me Nice & Aristo-Cat.

I didn't think any of the brushes looked like they were worth the money--I'd rather just pay a bit more and get a regular brush.

Am still considering Drive Me Wild and mayyyybe Bloodline which I had never considered before going and seeing it today.

on "schmear". I'd been thinking that a little myself. L'chaim!

Third - yup, I am gonna rave about those eyeliners too - I got the gold and the silver. I'm not too handy with liquid liner, but these are definitely easier to use than the typical brush, if you wipe the applicator off a bit. I will be going back for the black and/or the dark grey, but all the colors are swelegant.

I cut a lot from my list and cut it down to 3 items, but that video made me "re-want" the things I was unsure of

I LOVE how Pet Me, Please l/s looks - but the frostiness is scaring me off. I don't want it to be frosty like Victorian was for me

I'm just getting the Palace Pedigreed quad and Kittenish when this comes out in the UK.
I was really excited before swatches but then I realised I have dupes for most stuff and none of the Leopard Luxe stuff will suit me.
Might pick up a liner in the future but they're pretty expensive for the amount you get.

Hi all,

I ended up getting my face done at lunch today with the LL stuff. I think that put me over the edge of any doubt in the items I was eyeing.

I got:
- LL Quad
- BB Quad
- all three blushes
- Lithe

I really like the LL Quad alot! The colors are so modern looking. The MA did a smokey eye on me with Lithe as highlight and it looks nice. The camel color is slightly darker than my skin (somehow, I am now a NC30 -- although I used to be a NC40..). I don't think it would show up well for anyone darker than me. The orange is slightly deeper than Straw Harvest. Notoriety texture is not the best but the warm black is super nice. Honestly, I don't think any of the colors are standouts on their own but the strength in the quad is the whole look.

I think that is the same for the BB quad. None of the colors are standouts but love the look too.

I do my makeup on the run alot, so it's important for me to grab only a few makeup items and go. I don't have the luxury of time to look through palette after palette or depots for stuff that goes together.

On that note...I love the brush sizes of the new ones. I'm sad they are as expensive as the full size! Basically, the quality is the same as the full size but shorter handles. These are not the same as the travel ones. I got no brushes.

Maybe they will somehow fall out of the sky into my lap if I'm lucky..

The blushes are really nice basic blushes. Not alot of shimmer. Nothing super special either though. The brown one is also slightly darker than my skin tone and a perfect contour color. I thought it was going to be similar to Love Joy but they are actually very different. Love Joy is more rosey darker brown.

Lithe is the first pigment that I've bought since they changed the container size. I winced at the price for what I got but I like it. It seems matte but with a little sparkle to it.

I tried on Drive Me Wild with Schmeer and it looked great! However, decided on waiting due to funds.

I also tried on The Prowl, hoping it would look dark chocolate but it looked rosy brown on me due to my pigmented lips. I passed.

All the other lip stuff didn't stand out to me. Drive Me Wild was one I may cave on later though.

Unfortunately, I totallly forgot to try Bloodline!

Eyeliners were awesome, like everyone says. I passed since they were perm and I don't tend to use liquid. Those of you that love liquid e/l should go get these though!

I am glad to see the love for Lithe and Bloodline. I think I will wear Bloodline tomorrow. I have to find something to pair it with because I don't have any of the shadows that Erin recommended (yet). I may do something fancy and pair it with gold or even black. Yeah, I go to work with dramatic make up. They already know how I roll.

Pet me is much more wearable that victorian but yeah it's uber frosty. It's nude pink frosty goodness.

I would set up a video camera to cath them in the act & then turn them in. Thats so low
