OK, after Erines swatches I am back to wanting both BB and LL quads... but the greenish brown one in BB looks an awful lot like Club (which I own) and I already have Skintone 2 so maybe I'll be able to skip this quad.

A very good thing is that my brother gave me a 20 dollar gift card to use at MAC for my birthday - it will come in very handy when FF is out!

I am wondering if there are any lipsticks similar to Of Royalty and Drive Me Wild. Can you think of any please?

The Macy's MA called me today and said that they just got all testers. The products that are going fast are:

Jealous l/g
Blue liquid liner
Gold liquid liner

I pre-ordered the l/g and blue liner. However, I am not sure how to use the gold one.

so after the latest swatches, i think i might be doing away with the BB quad from my list. -may be adding aristo-cat and def keeping liquid lurex and jealous..i am getting more and more excited ladies..its almost here!!


the liners are going to be perm right?

Erine, what do you thing about Aristo-cat lipstick? from your swatches it looks like my kind of color but I never had a frost lipstick before... I usually have luster l/s. are there any dupes for it?

I'll repost this link to the Nathan Jenden Fall 2010 collection, which has a bunch of gorgeous looks with the silver liner. Any of these would look beautiful with the gold too!

I'm glad the bags aren't animal print-- I usually really don't like animal prints. Still, I don't know if I like the looks of them enough to buy one. Gonna have to check it out in person.

The bags have an faux leather trim (a thin strip of material by the zip) and the rest of the material is felt. MAC could have done so much better with these, they sound horrible to me!

i think the bags look kinda cheap. they could have done so much more with them!

Yes it is. But if you haven't picked it up with DP then you MUST get it with FF. Seriously, it is one beautiful, original colour and I think it complements most skin tones.

Have to say that seeing Erin's swatches, my list has shifted yet again. I'm almost back to wanting the BB quad again, since I don't have any of the colours that were previously released. Cunning just pole vaulted back onto my list for certain. Spree looks much more shimmery and less brown than it did in previous photos. So now I'm looking for places to cut...

I was hoping the black in LL quad to be really deep black, not brownblack as it appears to be.

Still I will propably get it.

I'm still sad about the Old Gold reformulation. I must see it in person if it's any good.

But Bloodline, Lithe, Mauvement come to mama!

I'm still debating on Antique Green. Everyone says it's great, but swatches haven't made me sold on it yet. I have to check it out in person too.

I wonder how close Of Royalty is to All Styled Up?

That's exactly what I was wondering.Seems like they're very similar,and they're both Cremesheens,too.I skipped All styled Up,I just got I like it like that.I usually can't get enough of those cool pinks,but how many lipsticks of pretty much the same colour do I really need?

So I'm planning to also skip Of Royalty too.

Those shades are my weakness too! I skipped I Like It Like That only because it was identical to Bubblegum on me (which I really like aswell). I might B2M for Of Royalty but if it's too close to what I have I will save my empties for something else.

its a purple version of CDLF. CDLF is pink with gold, this is purple-mauve with gold.

i personally hate frosts, unless they swatch like a luster, which this one doesn't.
