What is wrong w/ me? I still haven't placed an order for this collection (except Bloodline which I got the first day), but I have suddenly lost interest in everything makeup related. I really wanted the quads, but now I just don't care. Hmm. I think I can probably recreate the look though with Ochre Style e/s and Notoriety, etc. Not too hard. Still this is just weird for me to sleep on a collection, especially since it's about cats (which I love!!).

I go through phases where I lose interest in makeup, too. Hence why I didn't log on from feb-june! i had SO much more money those four months.

I am predicting another interest loss maybe after TT and who knows how long that will last. I guess I get burnt out easily.

hey don't complain too much! think of the money saved!

i think most people go through a stage like that though. i have been feeling guilty and over whelmed recently because i don't get to use all my pigments on a regular basis! sily right?!

I picked up my haul today on my lunch break and ended up with:

Aristo-cap lipstick
Kittenish lipstick
Burmese Beauty Quad
Palace Pedigree Quad
Bloodline Pigment
Lithe Pigment

I am starting to question buying Aristo-cat. It is pretty when applied but as it wears off it just leaves a frosty sheen (if that makes sense). I am not sure how I feel about it yet.

I ended up skipping the LL quad as I don't think I would wear the colors too often. I still love the black vp in the quad but I think I can live without it.

I love reading about everyone elses hauls.

I haven't gone to see it yet. But then I'm not so excited either...

But no matter what this collection dares me to hum memory over and over and over again!!

This talk about testers is giving me shivers. I have seen few times people using testers straight from the tubes. This one time a lady at a Chanel counter took a lipstick and used it. The MA came and said it shouldn't be done so because of cold sores etc. Then a girl at a drugstore grabbed a mascara tester and started to coat her lashes. A store guard/security person (I'm not sure how you call them in english?) came and told her she has to buy that mascara because she used it. She told him that it was tester and it was suppose to be tested and used like that. He said no and they continued to argue about it when I left. And this is funny - a lady at Mac counter took a tester lipstick and wanted to buy it. The tester. When the MA said she will give her a new one and that was just a tester, she refused and said she wants this particular colour, no substitutes (I guess she didn't understand that she would've received an unused lipstick in that same colour).

I'm really really excited about this collection. Much more than VV for sure!

I want all the pigments except Gold Stroke!

I'm wearing all the new stuff I bought today, haha. Treat Me Nice, Utterly Game & Aristo-Cat. I'm happy to report that it's not too frosty at all. Although, not exactly the color I was imagining though but I still think it's really pretty.

I think I'm going to be getting more of these liners. Loved the application and they're all so pigmented.

Lovveeee Utterly Game on me. I was worried about it possibly being orangey but it's not at all, it's gorgeous! I've been wanting a good, peachy blush and this totally hit the mark. (I'm NC 25-30... I think.)

Hope you feel better!! I too was looking for a company that doesnt test on animals and had a great mascara to really no avail so I went back to using MAC's. So far it works well. I use two kinds.....the Fiber one and the sample of Zoom.

On another note.....would anyone here want to maybe split some of the pigments? I'd either be willing to buy a sample or maybe we could split a jar? I would like to get Mauvement and Bloodline but can't afford both. I also have other pigments I could swap for. Just thought I'd ask here. Lilthe also looks pretty but I would never use a full jar of it....or any of the pigments I have

I was tempted yesterday to go to MAC on my way to work but I wasnt about to go in my FedEx clothes. People look at me oddly when I'm in uniform and I can't figure it out

. I also didnt feel like "gussying" up just to go there then having to change at work.

One more edit....Erin....I was told by the MAC store that they won't take anything back without a label because of how they mark the bottom of the item you get free with your B2M. I depotted all my pigments and wanted to take the label off but didnt even though I know you can't get that free with your empties due to what they told me and the past trouble with my depots at that store recently

This week i found a mascara from Gosh that i really like, the Wonder Volume mascara. Maybe you would like that one. It doesn't clumb and it gives volume and length.

I just bought a lipgloss 2 days ago by Estee Lauder called Midnight Bloom #60(gorgeous, but can do without the fruity smell though) and put it up against Lap of Luxury so Lap of Luxury could possibly go back to MAC because they look similar to me. Eeeek!

I used Desires & Devices this morning and am in the same boat! Such a pretty color but I need to perfect my liquid eyeliner skills!

I made a mess at first but was able to clean it up with a Q-tip. Practice makes perfect, right? I have the purple liner too. They are all very pretty. I still may get more!

So I placed a phone order yesterday mind you its been a hassle in general to place and order and I selected over night shipping and it was after the 11am deadline so I knew it wouldn't be here till monday but low in behold I went to get the mail and saw 2 black boxes sitting at my door my packages came to me overnight even though I missed the 11am deadline oh how I love you MAC this makes me see that all the hassle of ordering was worth while.

My boxes are still sitting on the table unopened though....Waiting for the kids to nap otherwise they would be playing with my goodies.

After seeing the rest of the swatches from Temptalia, I'm not too fussed about anything, so I think I might skip and get some decent perm neutrals that would actually suit me.. I can't believe I'm even saying this!
