I've been bad, but it wasn't my fault. First of all, my Bloomingdales order with Lithe and Drive Me Wild is in Neverland. It's off in California of all places! So, I went to my local Mac store to get another liner and maybe a quad. I dropped just over $100

. So in total, I've spent $200 on this collection.

I got Pure Snow and for some reason, Nocturnal impressed me. It's different and funky for me, so I'll see how it goes. Ok, I ended up buy the LL quad. I like it much better than I did the first time around. Can't wait to put it to the test in a look (especially Notoriety). I also bought Aristo-cat and let me tell you, my Mac store is in a mall. After hauling, I went to the bathroom and decided to try on Aristo-Cat thinking I was going to be the hottest thing. WRONG! Aristo-Cat sucks on me! It's frosty as hell. So much so, I couldn't really even see the color. I did a 180 and I exchanged it for...Drive Me Wild. Yes, I have it on the way, but I couldn't help it.

When I got home, I tried on DMW and I'm glad I have a backup on the way. WOC, in particular need this lipstick. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

As per Erin's suggestion, I bought Shale shadow to pair with Bloodline. Exciting.

I'm thinking about getting On the Hunt liner and that's it. Nothing else inspires me.

I just got back home from my FF mini haul and I bought:
Kittenish
Bloodline
Mauvement
Drive Me Wild

I must say I LOVE Bloodline!
The color is so intruguing and pretty.

It turned dark purple on my NC35 skin.
Mauvement is gorgeous as those type of shades always pull me in.

I wasn't planning on buying Kittenish (wanted Lap of Luxury, more of that in a bit) and the MAC MUA told me that it would look great with Mauvement, which sold me. I must say, the color really impressed me.

I was half-expecting to look like a chola, but it looks so beautiful and it will look great when the weather cools down.

I wanted Lap of Luxury but it was sold out.

Maybe I can still find it online...

But that was my haul. ^_^

I tend to keep the dark lips for night time in the summer and I find that I always go for the creamier, shinier formulas. I actually think that Cunning would be a good "moderate" dark lip, because it can be built up nicely, depending on how much colour you want...

Not the same. Cunning is more purple wine while Lap of Luxury is more plum berry. Cunning is deeper than LoL and also a bit brighter. Cunning is great for a non-extreme vampy lip because it's glossy without being sheer and not heavy, flat or blackened.

So I went to see the FF Collection and pick up a few things, I thought I was gonna get the LL quad, but when I swatched it, the colors barely showed up on me, I was pretty disappointed with that one, only two of the colors had a good payoff, so I skipped it. I thought I was gonna get The Soft Meow blush, but the color barely showed up on my NC45 skin, so I skipped this one as well. I really wanted to like this collection, but I was totally underwhelmed. They also told me I couldn't B2M for the new stuff the first week, I guess the counter didn't get that much inventory. I got the last Liquid Lurex lipstick. I ended up only getting 3 things from this collection, Liquid Lurex, Nocturnal liner, & Jealous lipglass. I ordered 3 other liners on line Pure Show, Desires & Devices, & Marked for Glamour. Still waiting for these to come in. I definitely would have bought Pure Show liner tonight if I hadn't already ordered it. It is SO gorgeous!!

It just shines a shimmery gold it almost looks wet! Will be awesome for the holidays. I will have to go back for the black one, after I run out of my Boot Black liquid liner. Overall, I was hoping to get more, I even had more money I didn't spend, which is odd for me. I guess I will save it for the VV collection. In my opinion the liners are the biggest hit of this collection. So glad they are perm.

So I finally got to wear The Prowl today. It's a lustre (my 1st) and it applies like a tinted lip conditioner. It's description is dk chocolate & if you apply hard for 2-3 layers than yes you can get that but if you just press regularly once you get a brownish-reddish tint. Seriously I applied it once this morning & touched up like lip balm- no mirror required with this, you can't mess up... So if you're a med skintone you may want to try it on (I'm NC30) Looks great with my LL smoky eye & bronzer

Yeah its WAY blacker than penultimate liner.. i saw that as SOON as i put it on today ... and its GORGEOUS and sooo so so so so easy to apply! not to mention the "cat eye" is easy as well!

Im really suprised theres no love for Out-Minxed lipstick. I'm new to the formula but im already so in love. its a GORGEOUS GORGEOUS golden nude lip. on my NC42 skin it looks fantastic and is sheer enough to be warn all day long... gorgeous summer color! I encourage girls with a nude lip obsession (like me) to pick this up.. bc you WILL love it! (ps my lips are not that pigmented

I also wore the LL quad tonight and im OBSESSED! i really really really love every single color... and ive never disliked the Matte formula so every single one is really a win-win for me. I will ABSOLUTELY be buying more quads from now on!!

Just an hour or so and I'm going to bed so I can get up early to go to MAC and finally see this collection in person. Although now that I think about it I wont be putting on any makeup.....I think to go so I dont have to get up as early. I dont know if I can leave the house without some makeup on!! I think I'll have the MA use the LL quad since I'm thinking of getting it. I'm planning on wearing a yellow halter so it would go well with that quad. Tee hee.
