I think it's just Lovestone and Global Glow for me.

Exactly. And on top of that, they look so sheer, as if you could dupe it with just about any other lipgloss from any or brand, although I don't know why you would want to.

Really? They were listed as "Cream", so I thought they'd at least have more pigment that the usual line of lipglasses. I guess I'm in the minority when I say that all I want is Perfectly Pink l/g and Gold Spill MSF.

Re: Flashtronic

I ended up buying perfectly pink and to me it looked like a more pigmented version of angelcream plush glass. I liked it a lot. In terms of the shadows, they are very pretty to look at, but not super pigmented as was anticipated. I got quarry, ether, by jupiter, and all 3 msf's- they make such great blushes!!

The swatches on the Korean website look pretty sheer to me, esp. when you see the natural color of the young ladies' lips.

Re: Flashtronic

Quarry sky looks like white with a hint of blue in the swatch. Is it like this IRL or does it look completely different?

Re: Flashtronic

I am going to get all the mineralize eyeshadows, Northern Light & Global Glow MSF. I had never purchase any MSF before so this collection really excites me.

I agree. The website is written in Korean, so I can't read what she used or what she explained about her application, what brushes she used etc..., but I doubt she used a good eyeshadow base, or an appropriate brush for the mineralize eyeshadows.

Also, applying a proper amount of foundation/powder on face before applying makeups helps the mineralize eyeshadows/skinfinishes look better too...as just my opinion.

Generally if a shadow will not stick to my bare skin- it will not stick to any bases either. Just an observation.

I agree...why did they get the collection first?

Re: Flashtronic

I'm so torn about these eyeshadows! I know for sure I want Lovestone and Mercurial. But I think I might want Ether too... except I'm worried about the black and making the blue kind of muddy. I love the blue/black idea but not sure if it's going to help or hinder my sloppy hand and quick work in the morning.

Aside from that, I *love* staring at my current MSFs so I may get them just for eyecandy. After a bad day at work, eyecandy is something I NEED.

No idea! Though international MAC fans have to wait a long time for some collections so I'm happy that some in Europe get to enjoy it early. I also like getting to see product pics and swatches as it helps me avoid the whole "I'll take one of everything" impulse buying i fall victim to sometimes.

I'm pretty sure I know what I want from this collection--now if I could only see swatches of the Rushmetal lippies I would be set.

Re: Flashtronic

Are the mineralize skinfinishes and the eyeshadows made of the same formula but one is just bigger? Like, if I wanted lovestone to use as a blush, will it feel the exact same as if they would have sold it skinfinish size?

I hear ya on that one! I know I definately want Lovestone. I am thinking Ether too, because I love teals, but I too am worried about the black/blue color combo. I love to stare at my MSFs too, and am SO tempted to get them all, but I think I am only going for Northern Light since I can use it for a blush. Out of the 6 MSFs I have already, I only use the pink ones (Porcelain Pink and Petticoat) and occasionally Lightscapade. I have enough highlighters/bronzers to last a lifetime, and I only reach for one or two anyway. So, I am planning to pass on Gold Spill and Global Glow (If I can show the restraint that is
rofl.gif
) I wish I could see it all in person already so I can get this haul overwith. I keep revising my list over and over again!!
