Shiseido also has some nice cream shadows, and in more color variety than benefit. They're great as a base also

do you know where armani makeup is available in montreal?

Well... I hate to enable, but what you've heard is true. I am shocked, but I would say the product lives up to ALL it's claims- it doesn't budge, it doesn't crease, can be used wet or dry, can be blended for sheerness or layered for intensity and- I still don't know how they accomplished this- cleans right off with a moist wipe. It was easier to remove than my mascara, which isn't long-wearing... Plus, of course, the colours are all fascinating to just stare at.

As far as I know, only at the Holt Renfrew store downtown on Sherbrooke. Immediately to the right of the door- it's really easy to miss.

I have to say that these are going to be a lot more difficult for me to like now that I've met the Armani Eyes to Kill shadows. A lot more expensive, but just incredible. They're a powder that works like a cream, they don't crease or budge, the colours are remarkably subtle... I feel like Mac has sort of fallen behind, only doing cream shadows now. Unless the technology is amazing, it seems like there are other options out there. Not to say I won't give them a try, but I don't see myself rushing for them.

Oh my gosh, I feel another e/s addiction coming...must resist....must resist....(sticking fingers in ears) lalalalalalalalala. I can't hear you now.

skip for me then! i'm out for 12 hours at a time so these will be no good at all for me. even when i'm not at work i can't think of a time where i only wear make up for 4 hours! and of course i don't like a wash of colour - i like it bright, bold and very in your face! :)

I think that I will skip them too!

That sounds so disappointing......4 hours!!!That`s a complete joke.....

4 hours doesn't work for me. I'm rarely in a position where I'm only out for four hours at a time. I'd rather buy half as many Armani shadows and enjoy them for the entire day. Heck, I was out for six hours tonight and my regular shadows didn't budge.

I don't get it - who would want shadows that disappear, smudge, crease and fade on you after 4 hrs?!

It's a shame that I haven't seen the Armani shadows in Germany yet!

[/quote] Douglas already has them. No idea who would think that 4h are enough wear with all the 24/48h formulas. Money saved I guess.
