MAC Glitter and Ice Discussion

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr im trying really hard not to get fresh ice but its starting to get really hard!!!!! im really liking the looks of this MES.

I have already ordered my shimmermint, she-zam and lets skate but fresh ice only just feel off the list.... its fighting hard to get back on!

I may have been naughty...I bought a WHOLE BUNCH of things on the pro site last night! Getting my package tomorrow (hurray for fedex!) and will put up some swatches soon!

I got:
- All 6 MES
- All 3 nailpolishes
- All 3 paintpots
- Snowglobe (although I also want so beautiful!... may have to go back)
- Whirls & Twirls, Double Spin
- TK: Silver Skates and Smooth Manoeuvre
Expensive but I CAN'T WAIT! I didn't like last year's holiday collection so I splurged this time

Unconditionally Fabulous will be lovely for layering especially over dark polishes. The opalescent glitters are pretty, not your usual sparkly glitter.

It`s been a few months since the site shadesofu doesn`t work for me, is it just me, or someone else has the same problem? The site opens but the side bar to scroll down doesn`t show.... don`t know, its the only problematic site, I`m using safari on macbook pro

I have that same problem. I tried Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and none of them work. I was really lucky that after 5 minutes one page on her site did load today, but after that the next page didn't even after 5 minutes.

I was pretty good and very picky. I can't just keep buying to have, and besides, the packaging on the b/p's are just white, had it been something very sparkly or something glittery, I would have bought one just for that.

I am also sad there was no new glitters in this collection, but what can you do. I am excited for the things I got!

At least it's a different white. Very clinical, sterile, and cool-toned.

For Effect is exactly the same as the
CHANEL ILLUSION D'OMBRE LONG WEAR LUMINOUS EYESHADOW in Illusoire. I just might need to have both, just because. LOL Hocus Pocus is so pretty over the Chanel one, and it is going to be gorgeous over Fo Effect as well.

Get noticed is as pretty as I expected. DOn't know how I feel about spending that much on nail polish, will try to find a dupe in OPI or something. The sparkles are pretty. I'm sure I can dupe those as well.

Don't get me wrong, I do love the white... I really do, BUT I can't justify spending money on a B/P that I will hardly using for a packing that isn't stand out to me.
