With all the other holiday stuff coming from other brands that I want, I really hope I don't like anything from MAC this holiday.

Can anyone explain what a matte frost is? I feel dumb.

It is a matte lipstick, not wet looking. But it has a frosty sheen to it.
Sounds weird, but it is really nice.
Did I make any sense?

The lipsticks. ( all ) and the blushes. The promo pics are very classy, I love the collection ( more than Divine Night I think )

It's a new texture to MAC. And you're seeing glitter on the packaging, not water. Water was done this summer.

It would have been cool if the texture was trying to mimic snow! I'm still excited about it, is there a release date? I'm travelling to America late october - mid november and i'm wanting to try stock up on as much as i can especially as the prices are crazily outrages here!

oh goodness! all the lipsticks are calling to me along with the Viva Glamorous set..I think i'll wait for it instead of purchasing the two as i've been meaning to do. also I might get one of the eye bags as well. Holiday is going to be expensive

Did anyone else look at this color story and think to the tune of a random 90s song called Trouble "Uh oh, [I'm] in trouble. Something's come along and it's burst [my] bubble, yeah yeah."?

My low buy goals are in big time trouble here.

Just looking at the color story on the first page, I see 7 things I'm interested in, and that's not counting any of the sets, eyeshadows, etc. Oh boy. Maybe it won't look as good as it sounds and I'll still save my bacon that way.

I find it funny that ever since MAC started charging extra for special packaging, most of their special packaging has been black. I'm so sick of seeing black special packaging. Would have really liked white with blue glitter or something.

I would have loved white packaging with the 3D glitter effect.

I agree, it would have been nice to get some royal colors to go with the collection; Indigo, royal blue, purple, silver, gold, anything but black again.

I wanted to say that I'm gonna skip this collection but then I went from page 1 to page 14 and here I am drooling over the packaging.

The colours are nice, too. Not so much the lipsticks but I like the look of the pressed pigments and the blushes.
