I was so glad when i found Specktra & realized IM NOT THE ONLY ONE with this problem...errrr... HOBBY! lol

Just seeing "shore leave & orange tempura" in the same sentence is making want to go back & get orange tempura! lol i am very easily swayed haha

I went to two MAC locations today, 2 MAs had red hair with these cute little sailor hats on. OMG! they capruted the look of the promo pics well. Very nice look for the girls.

Was on 42nd street last night walking around enjoying a nice Friday here in NYC and they were having their hey sailor party Fully stocked of Everything Got jaunty despite having a bunch colors I thought were just like it , I caved It's real nice! Also got FF I'm nc45 and its gorgeous! Jaunty, mascara, FF and red racer is a no fail grt look The brush is SO SOFT BUT grabs color in pan I used it for my mineralized natural skin finish and goes on very good

I compared Eden Rouge mattene to Red Racer lipstick and they look pretty similar but Red Racer is definitely a lot brighter and more cherry. On me, Eden Rouge is pretty dark, even with a liner. I still love Eden Rouge, but I'm glad I didn't get a back-up, even though I've used up 3/4 of it. I love Red Racer much more!

I got my Sail La Vie yesterday!

I've felt pretty lazy though after a busy week at work so I haven't tried it on yet lol.

Riviera Life still taunts me. I thought about getting Orange Tempera. I'm almost out of my first tube of Fresh Air lipglass and that's my favorite lipglass to use over pink and coral lipsticks, so I think OT would be a good substitute. On the other hand, I think my 2nd BU of Fresh Air would be used up by the time Fall rolls around, then there will be a different color scheme to play with. Laziness trumps going to the mall to check either of them out, though, lol. But perhaps I'll just place a lil mac online order, hehee.

I skipped out on the Bronzers in this collection, too. I was looking at the Chanel bronzers but I always discard the brushes that come in compacts, so with a brand like Chanel, I can't give it the respect it so deserves lol.

Blessedly Rich on top of Gaga 1 is SO pretty! I will try to post a pic later, but I don't think it will do it justice because it makes a deep pink duochrome, that almost looks coral in certain angles and lighting. So pretty! Loving the Blessedly Rich

i checked the 'lookbook' at the store the other day as well and there were none in there for hey sailor...i was hoping it was only because it was launch day and they hadn't had time to update their binder! i hope they're at least still going to have them available to peruse in the stores....

Ok I know I said I wasnt buying anything from this collection but I bought Blessedly Rich lipglass because the MA tried it on me with Morning Coffee prolong wear liner and overindulgence creme sheen glass and I couldn't resist!

I bought the old gold pigment today. It is awesome on blue eyes!! The MUA at mac did my eyes today at the event. She used Painterly PP. Then used old gold all over lid and under lower lashes, soft brown above crease, darker brown (forgot the name) in the crease, black on outer v! Then she used black liner and mascara... Looked Awesome!!!!
