I haven't tried it, but it sounds lovely. Is it a very light shade?
It is light but not too much so. It isn't orange or too yellow. Definitely no Oompa Loompa look to it. Maybe a bit of red in it? I picked it up at the MUFE boutique in Sephora Las Vegas.

Kinda late, but here's me wearing Red Racer, over Sephora Real Red lipliner. Red Racer by itself is too sheer and orange for my complexion but with a good red liner it's beauuutiful. I love the sheen!
It's extra special to me because I told two good friends (also MAC addicts!) I had to skip to scrape together funds to fly to my grandmother's funeral this weekend. On Thursday I was at work and they came by and surprised me with a little MAC bag with Red Racer inside. I almost cried because it was unbelievably sweet.

So sorry to hear about your grandmother :( Its awesome to have great friends to do little things to make you smile during a difficult time like this. Red Racer looks so nice on you! I agree that a liner under makes a great difference! :)

Have you tried MUFE Mat Bronze? I have it in #10 (Apricot). It is very pretty on fair skin.
Thank you for mentioning this. I will try to remeber the bronzer when I place my next MUFE order (it can take a while though). Bummer I'm not going to Paris this year, they seem to have opened a new store dans le Marais

Red Racer Looks Great On you, very classy. Love your hair! If you do not mind me asking, what do you use to style it? Sorry to hear about your grandmother, but she will always be with you.

I checked out the shadows again, i do like the look of them together, but nothing special to get now. Just like the past two summer collections, I expect the shadows to end up fully stocked at the CCO.

I put in a little bit of Rusk Wired all over while right after getting out of the shower and I use Garnier Surf Hair paste for the height when it's slightly damp. Herbal Essences Set Me Up wax is great for a spikier look.

I got a chance to check out the entire collection at Macy's and it was so hard to walk away from everything. My other favorites were Launch Away and Send Me Sailing, and Fleet Fast was surprisingly pretty too. I hope some of it sticks around for a while or goes to CCOs later.

So - finally I got Sun Dipped. It was pretty hard to get since all my local stores didn't have it and the first on I've ordered somehow got lost...hope I will get a refund. I also tried Soft Sand, but it was a little to orange on my skin, Sun Dipped on the other hand looks absolutely gorgeous, even on my super pale and cool skin and the texture is so soft and blendable - amazing! Love it!

So, I won some money at the casino and decided to go back to MAC, and surprisingly they had a few Crew's left, so I bought one. Now I'm officially done with Hey Sailor!

I couldn't take it anymore... I caved and ordered Jaunty!
good! after I mentioned it was just a pale shimmery champagne. I wore it yesterday in blazing 97-100 dgree weather as a wash over my lids... it was so pretty!! LOL I thought I was going to have to hunt it down for you. LOL

i did the same! it has been 96-97 degrees here in chicago for the past 2 days and both days i wore nubile p/p with a wash of jaunty over it and some mascara (and just some bright cream blush) and i was good to go! sooo pretty i'm considering a BU.

I know everyone has moved on to the Next Best Thing, but I'm still loving this collection. It's my first MAC summer collection.

I wanted to add to the 167SH love; the difference between applying bronzer with a blush brush (however lightly) and this is night and day. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I got the last one at the MAC store today (MUA said they only got 16). I adore Sun Dipped; I'm so glad I went for it despite buying NoB.

I was all proud of myself for being practical and dodging Crew. There's no point buying a cute product if it looks like crap on. When I was ringing up my stuff, I saw how great it looked on a young blond girl. So I brought it home to mine, who looks AMAZING in it.

I clearly need a 12 step program. I've done plenty of damage this year on my OWN stuff; add someone in the house with different colouring who can wear the things I can't and all bets are off!

(Good thing MAC doesn't launch too many cute powders).
