For me it was no problem because I got the most important item and I had enough cash with me for that (If I skipped the tea shopping before I could have bought the palette but its cold.. I need tea!
) but maybe some customers aren't as calm and complain about that they now have to go to the next bank. There were already some people in front of the store before it opens waiting to shop for the holiday collections and I am sure that there will be a lot more customers today than usual. I hope they stay calm. If the machine isn't working there is nothing that the MAs can do besides call for someone to fix it.
