I agree Elegant! I tried it this morning and immediately thought of you! I know you like the nice bright pinky colours, and this is exactly that! I had to be careful applying it and buff it down quite a bit, but after I did, i had such nice raspberry kinda colour!

Hm,well I think it's one thing to buy ONE backup or to buy 4 or 5 or all there is.Of course everybody can buy what and how much they want,but I feel like many people bought as many as they could get just because they know its such a hyped and wanted product.I'm one of those who really wanted one but wasn't lucky enough to get one.I can only order online,because theres no MAC in my area.I tried my best for one week now,trying to order in one of the 3 onlineshops here in Germany who sell MAC.Yesterday I stayed up all night refreshing the website like every second,but I didn't get one.I'm not jealous of those who got one,but hearing people who ordered 3 or more doesn't make me feel better.And I don't even wanna start talking about ebay.

BTW I received By Candlelight,Hang Loose and I like it like that today.Hang Loose is so pretty!

I won't lie I'n NOT a reseller but I did end up with 6 Stereo Roses I ordered 3 online I heard alot of people were getting back order notices so I put 3 on hold at my counter paid for the 3 at my counter and got confirmation this morning me 3 from MAC online will be here today as well but atleast I was nice and sold to 3 people on here at cost.

Ebay is a different story.

But the sellers were able to buy them so they can sell it for whatever price they want. Capitalism is a mess sometimes isn't it? I'm not sure how some people were even able to get more than two, but I'm sure it wasn't easy for them (unless they got lucky, work at MAC or have friends who do hmmmm). Anyway, enjoy your goodies.

It sounds perfect. I thought the swatch at Macys was gorgeous. I'm glad that you like it on too. Sounds like the 187 will be a must tool for this one.

hi ladies,

I just tried Go For it with a magenta liner from Rimmel called cherry kiss(gotta go buy vino from MAC) and I put Flurry of Fun on top

. So I took some pictures but it looks awful

, very blue! So which do I believe the mirrors or the pictures? Same thing happened with a new foundation the MA put on me yesterday, in mirrors it looks a bit darker than my neck, but in pictures it matches! Ugh this is so frustrating, I don't want to walk around with a mask or blue space cadet lips!

I guess it's all a matter of personal taste. I personally never had a desire to get it from the first time around, but many have mentioned it on this forum over the years as one of their favourites. But is this frenzy due partly to hype, especially with the limited quantities available? Probably.

I totally get people's frustration though with not being able to get something the first day a collection is launched. That's crap.

I know you have been around here awhile but I don't think people bash around here. People who bash, get checked, usually from the person who got bashed or defended by someone else who felt it was unnecessary to bash the person in the first place.

I personally welcome difference of opinions and even though I might disagree with you doesn't mean that I don't value your posts.

I think sometimes we get caught up in the hype, hype withstanding, what someone covets might be a dud to someone else, it's all good. I can appreciate it all.

By golly, I wish I had Foolish Me blush, they should release that again. I want it.

I picked up Going Casual at my counter this morning. They are significantly different...really exactly along the lines you said but magnified. ESR is a sheer light lavender while GC is a less sheer lavendery pink. Side by side they look nothing alike. You would really call ESR lavender and GC pink. I really like GC sheered out though, and I'm glad I got it.

My counter, btw, says they got a grand total of 3 Stereo Roses and put one out for a tester. Needless to say the 2 they had left to sell were sold yesterday. I ordered one online and got it yesterday. I only tried the original last year after I got it in a swap and swapped it away again pretty quickly, but I like the one I got yesterday. Applied lightly I'm not getting that fish scale appearance that MSFs sometimes give that I don't like. Even when piled on just to check it was not very metallic compared to other MSFs I've tried. Maybe I just got lucky (in terms of my personal taste) with the particular one I got, but I'm happy with it. Looking forward to trying it over New Vibe and Band of Roses.

Well this happens every time I order. The earlier large order gets delayed & the later ordered 1 lipstick order comes right away. MAC is looking into what is going on in the shipping/warehouse for me so I will let you know if they shed any light on the whole reschedule thingy

Hmmm back to the collection

So far i bought all the Mineralized blushers (yeah yeah...I'm a sucker for blushers in general and i collect blushers >.< Ya I only have 2 cheeks..N i dun understand why i m so obsessed with blushers) and the 2 cremesheen glasses in on the scene and Right Image.

I'm loving this collection mostly for the.... BLUSHERS! lol

hmmm anyone tried wearing the blue cremesheen gloss yet? How do u girls find it. I'm kinda interested to get it. LOL it's not everyday u get a blue gloss
