This is insanity. I really hope they'll repromote SR with another collection soon. It just seems so unfair to people who didn't get one.

I kept refreshing my order status page, and finally got something other than order in process: Estimated Ship Date 7/20/2010. Can you believe it? I don't.

They can just tell me that my order has been canceled. Or that means MAC has decided to ship more later?

Monter... when you order online from Nordstrom the customer service desk goes & gets your order & holds it for you, not the makeup counter MAs. In the future you should call the store directly to talk to someone at the counter who knows what the actual inventory is. (Well, this is how it works at my Nordstrom, so I'm assuming its the same at all of them but I could be wrong)

wow, this thread just exploded since last night. Hope all you guys get what you like. This collection might be pass for me. I will wait till I see it in person on Thursday. But I know I don't want any MSF's so no rush to order online.

Yeah, all you can really do is laugh at this point.

....and right after I wrote that sentence, I refreshed my page, and that is what mine says now too. The email I got says that my item will be at customer service at the store I said I wanted to pick up though, so I'm still holding on to that (even though I know that is BEYOND foolish, lmfao).

just got my confirmation as well, and got and ETA date of 7/19 (and 7/20 for a paint pot). i wonder if i should take both days off and stalk the delivery person.

Yeah, in the future, that is what I'll do. That's what I did to get ML. I didn't know online orders that you select to pickup in store went through CS.

I'm considering calling the counter right now anyway, just to see if they have any, and if I end up getting another one from my Nordies online/pickup in sore order (that now says that it will be shipping on 7/20!), to just sell the other one here at cost.

One of the Nordies MAC counters that I called that I usually buy from - said that they had NOT even received their product for this collection yet

Don't really want two stereo rose's but I went on my previously purchased and stereo rose is the only one that was not in there so im assuming that I wont be getting it. So I ordered from nordstroms. I hope this is it with hard to get items because I don't think I can keep doing this with these items. It's kind of annoying.
