Those were listed as dupes?? Man none of those are even close to eachother...Also this was swatched over NYX Milk crayon

Who in the world suggested that UD Oz or Mushroom were dupes for S&TO??? Not even after I've had several shots of tequila with no chaser would any of these look remotely similar.These are swatches of Sex & The Oyster, UD's Mushroom & Oz from the Glinda palette. These were the colors they said were dupes for S&TO. S&TO is looks more blue-ish. I LOVE this color. Also this was swatched over NYX Milk crayon

I kept hearing these were close dupes so finally I swatched them. Without looking at mushroom I agreed but searching them next to each other they're not even close.

I find that a lot of my shadows are basically MAC bronze... over and over and over hahaha or MAC cranberry.

Maybe I know my UD colors too well. I don't have to even look at Mushroom to know they weren't remotely close. Really is odd that anyone would suggest either of those as possible dupes.

For a collection many thought was meh, i hauled a lot...
Lipstick: Smash Hit (how could i skip GOLD & DAZZLE!), By Design (golden frosted warm beige), Feed the Senses (perfect nude creme for my lips, mauve-pink-beige), and Sweet Succulence (i need to just click my heels together and say, "I don't need more plums", "I don't need more plums", "I don't need more plums"...)
Lipglass: I was going to skip all the glosses, but i gave in and got Liquer. On me it's almost nude, a little darker, a bit mauve, a bit brown, just the right amount of shimmer. I considered Ultimate Dish, but i think i have enough colors like that, since i don't wear lipgloss very often. And I tested Lust for Life, but it was too bright for my taste.
Eyeshadow: I already own Three Ring Yellow, so Guilty Morsel was ALL i was going to get of the eyeshadows. But after i saw swatches i went back and got Sex & the Oyster. It's a wonderful aqua grey, which puts it on the warm side, and warm greys are better for me than cold ones.
Fluidline: First i just got Gilt Gourmet. But after seeing swatches, i went back and got Deliciously Rich. I don't use black eyeliner, and DR is a really good brown, and, what can i say - see my sig - i love the shimmer.
I did skip the nail lacquer, based on Liba's review and my own in-store tests - plus the one i wanted most, Over-Indulge, was not in the final release.
I bought this stuff in two segments, a black box and a trip to the store. I have worn everything at least once, and several things more than once. I'm enjoying all my golden goodies. I think this collection has a very nice range of basics with a few unusual items thrown in.
September will be a low buy because I'm going to (try to) hold back on the new Paint Pots, since they're perm. And there's only one Retro Matte lipstick i want (Fixed On Drama, oh, wait, that's close to plum...) and one lip liner (Fashion Boost, of course, because it's purple). But i think October is going to kill my wallet.

I know!!! Lol, I'm so glad I ended up getting S&TO, between the "dupes" & the swatch I saw on Temptalia I was just going to skip it.

Thank you soooooo much doll! Based on your swatches, I am reminded how much I LOVEEEEE Loaded! But maybe EL would be nice to have, as I rarely wear a shimmery shade in my crease. So EL would be a great choice for that! I'll get it if it comes back in stock when I'm going to place another order. I won't drive myself crazy trying to get it though. tried sweet succulence finally (this weird san diego weather was doing a number to my lips no matter how much jack black i put on)...

Wow thanks for this. I think I can safely skip Eat Love because I have Loaded, When in Rio and Bottle Green.
How do you think Eat Love compares to When in Rio in terms of application and pigmentation?

Thank you! I can skip because I ended up with two BMS quads. When Macy's lost my first package, I had to order again and then like 2 months later the "lost" package finally came.
