Can anyone tell me the best brush to use to apply a cream blush? My blush brush is not cutting it. SSSE barely showed up on me. I'm using the angled blush brush, forget what number is on it.

I finally tried So Sweet, So Easy today and really loved this too! It looked like it could go on a Barbie pink, but it didn't, it was really a pretty clean pink shade. I am tempted to pick up Shift to Pink lipgelee, but I may ask DH for that for valentine's day.

Aww, that would be just the sweetest thing to get for Valentines Day!

I got to go to a Macy's MAC today & Shift to Pink & pink Resort were sold out.

Also, the MA I know there said these creme blushes are a completely different formulation than the old ones - which I think we all know by now.
They MAC artists asked if I would come be a face model for the Spring Forecast release...we'll see

I don't usually use foundation.. so it'd sunblock-cream blush-face powder?

YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!!

Pretty please???
Take lots of pics, I think there's no better way to get a feel of how the collection looks like than to see it on your beautiful face.

Well I may ask my sister if she is passing by or near MAC, since she would go there much sooner than I ever could...I don't like to do the traveling thing just for one store or one thing lol. If I had a car I would but oh well, I guess I save money that way

doesn't stop me from window shopping through the weekly flyers though

How I wish my MAC was only blocks away!
In the meantime: still sold out

EDIT: oh yeah, and what exactly is there to see missy? I'd be all on that like 'helllll yes, I'll do it!' haha jk

It took a little longer to apply than when I use a powder blush, but I'm sure that'll change once I get the hang of it. And it looked so pretty and dewy! I am sooo glad I decided to come on this thread, because I had planned on completely skipping these blushes!

And thanks Bis and Smokesignal for your kind words! I really wasn't bummed out about the interview since it was my first in about 7 years (had my two kids during that time)! I needed to get that first one out of the way and figured as much!

So it is just uphill from there. I am pretty sure the next one will be a lot better

I will get OO as well, having this thing for orange and I think the cremeblend blushes will look a lot better on my dry skin than powders. Just hope they will not be messy with MSFN

Please. Pretty please. With a cherry on top?
And I guess they expect a lot of business with you as a model there

Try using the 188
smiles.gif
I use this for all my cream blushes and it works really well.... The other one I use is the 131 brush, which came out with Colour Craft... But that was LE, so if you don't have it, then definitely give the 188 a go

I use the 168 (angled blush brush), 188, or 109. I like the 188 and 109 best because they are smaller and it gives you more control with the areas you want to apply the blush to.

I'm so bummed that we won't be getting this collection in Sweden. I would have loved to buy Joie-de-vivre, but I just can't make myself pay the $35 it would cost to get in on ebay.

I wore Florida yesterday, for the first time and I loved it. It was so pretty. It goes on very opaque, but I used the 116 to tone it down. It ended up just brightening up my face. So pretty. I kept the rest of my face simple.
