MAC MAC Is Beauty Collection (March 30 / April 2, 2015)

Had been wishing to find one that looks close enough to pink popcorn, seems like none like it

I like to layer pp on top of my other pinkish lip color...now left with a bit

Mine said the same thing. And they are having an event to promote the collection that day also.

Mine said the same when I went to the counter today, April 9th with an event. And of course my Macy's does not do pre-orders.

Crazy.. Just booked an appt. with Nordstrom today and I am hearing April 2. I will call and inquire again tommorrow though

The way mac pushing out collections they might as well have a mac credit card, and at the rate that we spend they should have VIP status for us where we can reserve our items.

I agree. No credit check, just check how much you buy online and in store

My best bet is to pick up the two items I really want online and look at the rest in store. I usually have more self control when I can see the products first. I'm going to call the Mac store on Monday and see when they say the release date is. They usually have more stock than the Macy's counter and I know I'm going to have to wait until after work to go.

Definitely agree! I constantly drink water throughout the day, so Lustres don't have a chance on my lips. But the water bottles look pretty with lipstick all over them. Having said that, I may cave and still get Notice Me for the color. We're hopeless. :haha:

Lol. I love lustres they are so effortless. Yes some are blah but when you find certain ones they can be awesome. Like when my lips look far from perfect I can rely on my beloved Venus lippy. When I just want to slap on a lippy or throw one in my purse it's a lustre. Or say a matte lippy has been on awhile and starts to dry up on ya. You want something to freshin up your lips after, Lustres are good for that I hear ya on making a list for this. I can't seem to make up my mind. There's just so much! Lol

I really need to work on my list. I want to go into this one actually knowing what I want, unlike with Julia Petit.

I think I'm going to get some of the lustres. There have been a lot of mattes lately, which is fabulous and I definitely tend to prefer my bold matte shades, but I think I'm ready for something light and fresh. I almost can't believe I'm saying that to be completely honest!

As soon as I saw swatches my wish list basically halved. I'm kind of disappointed by how many lipsticks didn't really look like anything at all (or anything nice) once swatched. Call the hairdresser and make me gorgerous look amaaazing, though.

That is beautiful! I didn't know what color it was, so thanks Naynadine. It's on my list now. Probably all I will get from this is a few f/l, although I don't wear the ones that I have that often. I think I've worn Black Ivy once. :-(. I'm always in a hurry and grab my pencils.

Well, as much as I try to keep myself in the dark about the new MAC collections I stumbled upon this one and had a S3/C3 deja-vu

. Make me gorgeous is calling out my name and I might be tempted to get Alpha girl. Really happy that the fluidlines are perm because my wallet is bleeding as it is. I still have quite the shopping list ready for when I am heading to the Pro store in a few weeks.
