MAC MAC Is Beauty Collection (March 30 / April 2, 2015)

So happy that this collection will be released this Thursday in France :yahoo: Mac said it's kind of a "gift" for us, cause they will never release the Toledo collection here (a problem with the brand Seat and their Toledo cars...). Whatever I'll try to make some swatchs for you girls

Just read up on all of this and there's just so much it slightly overwhelming!

I feel this is one collection I won't purchase online and will have to tinker around with in the stores or else I won't even know what direction to go, especially because they are so pastel!

Yes... Proof that everything old becomes new again. My mom has a few clothing items that she kept from many moons ago and I was shocked that she was right when they were back on trend!!

Absolutely... I think they are the most inconsistent finish in macs range, in my experience

My MA said the shadows applied very nicely, not chalky at all.

What i want for sure is:
Both Beauty Powders (i seem to be in the midst of Beauty Powder collecting)
Three Fluidlines - Siahi, Ivy, and Looking Good

And maybe a lipstick or 3. I'm considering:
Notice Me - but how close is this to all the other pale lilac/lavender lipsticks that turned out to be too pink?
Real Redhead - mauve nude
French Twist - light pinky nude
The swatches of the last two may be too warm - more swatches on humans!

But i won't be able to test this collection since i'll be in Australia - camping - when it's released. And without wifi at home, stalking won't be easy when it's released on-line. Sigh. I really don't want to miss the BPs and the FLs.

I know I want the 221 for sure. Probably 2-3 lippies. The top row of that display pic is right up my alley. And maybe I'll throw in a bright one, too, since they're lustres. I'm gonna try to keep it to 1 fluidline, since I don't use mine much. Not too bad.
