MAC MAC Is Beauty Collection (March 30 / April 2, 2015)

It's not my favorite, either, but I will be getting some of these. I typically prefer bold, opaque shades, but MAC has been putting out a ton of those lately, so I'm ready to try embracing the lustres again. Sometimes a sheer lipstick is a good thing, but it always seems to be a negative with Christine which I sometimes find a little unfair.

Totally agree! I happen to like lustres for school and work!

I'm not a fan of them either. Doesn't matter I was going to skip the lippies anyway. However it's making me rethink Ivy Fluidline. I was hoping for a matte finish rather than pearl.

I have a hate/hate relationship with lustres. I can't get them to work for me ... But I'll think of it as money saved

Inglot has a similar green in a more matte finish that you might like. I still haven't decided on Ivy. The only one I'm definitely getting is Notice Me.

I don't... I'm horrible at trying to remember those numbers. Wish they would start using names. The color is probably a touch darker than Ivy but lighter and brighter than Dark Envy. Maybe somewhere between the two. *Edit: it's #86. Looks to be a tad bit deeper and a tad bit cooler than Ivy, and of course without the pearl finish.

Thank you! These are literally the four on my list. I'm having second thoughts on Make me Gorgeous. I want it to look like how it looked on T. Every other swatch I've seen for it , looks too much like toying around. *scratches head*

Yep, it was sooo translucent. But it still emphasized those dry bits on my lips/lip lines. I wasn't impressed, but maybe someone can manage to rock it with the right purple liner.

OMG!! I am such an idiot...I thought I was talking about the red Fluidline! Lol! I meant that the red was an "us color" Mandy, not the lipstick. Lol!

I have the same dilemma with Ivy, it looks gorgeous on the swatches here but im doubtful about how it'll perform on my lids and skin tone. I wish it would ve been matte :/....gorgeous color though.

As many fluidline as there were with this collection you would think Mac would have made a new purple. I think this a missed opportunity, I would have love a bright violet shade. But I like the selections of blues and greens. In any case.
