Not to harp on my dislike of the website, but I HATE how you have to click "shop the collection" from the homepage and then "shop the collection" AGAIN. I want to shop the GD collection already!!! Urrrrggghhhh

Yeah, and I can't find the mattenes so I keep clicking shop the collection to check for them, then clicking what's new to go back to the collections, but you CAN"T DO THAT, the screen just freaks out and turns white and won't go anywhere, and you have to go back to the homepage to click what's new. What's the point of having the bar on the top if you have to go back to the main page to click on the bar?

If MAC feels the need to be whacky or creative and stagger the product releases, then I would prefer that they show the products and state the date they will release - they could at least have told that to the bloggers also. I'm losing patience with them, and whoever is responsible for this needs to be whacked on the head with one of their giant online billboards. I want my mattenes!

I contacted customer service about this a few weeks ago... it's ridiculous to have to click twice to actually shop the collection... And a lot of the time it loops me back to the "what's new" section anyway. I still haven't checked out the new sculpting products that were released because I keep getting redirected somewhere else. Not happy. But money saved I guess!

I'm super broke thanks to Mac and Louboutin and Coach and Lulu and various other recent weaknesses, so I want to get the most necessary first, and that's the pale purple mattene. Only when that is on it's way will I be getting my other stuff. Then I will get A Little Lusty and Well Behaved. Then I may get my inner femme, diva antics, and cheer me on. But this must be done in order and i don't think things will sell out so I'm cool with waiting.

Good morning everyone! I'm new to this thread. I took a break and checked on MAC's site and was excited to here about this collection (which is why I came here cuz no one has all the deets like the specktrites lol). I'm not sure if it has been mentioned on here already...but, do the mattenes and the rest of the collection release at a later time/date? TIA!

Yeah. If you click to explore the models and keep going through that part, you get to a page that shows the two from today and then has four empty slots. Two say 'releasing 9/22,' and two say 'releasing 9/23.' And as much as that could only refer to releasing identities of models, I doubt it. They are probably doing a daily feature. On the one hand, really cool and a way to have those models get great attention. A great way to drum up excitement, but on the other hand, really really annoying and is going to clog up there site and order system in a bad way...very bad logistically.

I don't want to make three separate orders and it looks like Diva Antics is going to stick around for awhile. I really hope both the X9 palette and the mattenes launch tomorrow but they'll probably split them both up.

I'm not risking it with those items though because I know they'll go quick.

I just phoned MAC Canada Customer Service and was told that there are 3 parts to this collection.
Part one launches Monday
Part two launches Tuesday
Part three launches Wednesday

I am curious about Deep Love as well, but I want to see how similar it is to Viva Glam 3

Picked up Fashion Revival, which I missed last time around, and Diva Antics. Am kind of interested in Deep Love, but will definitely need to try it out in person. Oddly, Diva Antics cost $16.50 and Fashion Revival $17.00 (at least, according to my email).

I'm not interested in the shadows but I see what you are talking about. It's not evident until you put it in your basket.
