MAC Macnificent Me! Collection (Sep 21 / Oct 1, 2015)

I just don't know what to get. Argh annoying. :blink: And I bought 3 pairs of Vans on sale yesterday... I just couldn't resist the sale. So now I have even less money for this collection. :lol: So I think it's gonna be Diva Antics l/s, Own The Look mattene and A Little Lusty blush. Stil not sure though. I need more swatches for Self Aware l/s and I can get Burnt Pepper at any time but really like it and kinda want it with this collection. :sigh:

I just phoned MAC Canada Customer Service and was told that there are 3 parts to this collection.
Part one launches Monday
Part two launches Tuesday
Part three launches Wednesday

My makeup budget is nearly depleted right now because I bought a TV and some clothes yesterday. At least I don't like anything from part one, but I really want the eye shadow palette (on a neutral quick lately) and at least one of mattenes and patent polishes. I'll probably wait for the store release.

I have something similar in my stash and I rarely wear eye shadow.



I don't wear eyeshadow as much as I used to and that is why I have cut back a lot on eyeshadow. I don't want a stash of makeup that I don't wear and it spoils I want to enjoy my stash so I have been trying not to dupe myself when it comes to colors I mean how many orange eyeshadows does a person need.

I am really trying to cut down on duplicate makeup shades too. I have way too much stuff now.

I want it too. I know it didn't get the HIGHEST ratings, but I looked at every dupe Temptalia had and then used her swatch comparison thing to compare it to every color I could think of that MIGHT be a dupe and it's really not. And I LOVE sunset eyes and orangey shadows that can double as blushers. So I'm willing to use a little primer and shave off a little powder for the color. And I'm as into corals as Karen is. Like we don't even care how good it looks, if it's coral, it must be in our collection.

LJ is a matte. Not sure of the formula on the other lipstick. I think it is a cremesheen.

My dear bf made the order for me today (3 single eye shadows). Waiting on palette! I forgot to tell him about TXT code but ah well (I need to train him better). The $16CAD price evened things out with standard shipping so all is good I suppose. Darn, if only I had known about the MACME code sooner! I'm tempted to grab A Little Lusty blush at the $22CAD price now...but I know I will buy more tomorrow, lol! Gotta stay strong and hope the blush stays in stock until tomorrow *fingers crossed*

Mattene is the formula / finish (so it can't be amplified or cremesheen!) It's a mostly matte finish - someone described it really well up-thread if you search for it. About page 5 or 6 I think.
