For the most part, I do too. Most of the dresses never fit me - they're usually so short my butt is sticking out!! And I'm 5'3"! What do ladies taller than me do???

oh lord don't get me started with that one lmao!! I can't get any dresses from Forever 21 cause they fit me like tops and the pants are like capri style on me

I'm about 5'9 it's so hard.

Im a big sucker for black aswell, H&M do some nice basics. My grandmother used to just dye all of my black clothes once a year as they faded so they looked brand new again. I should start doing that aswell. It was some weird dye that you could use in the washing machine as you washed the clothes. Dylon I think it's called.

I use RIT dye in the washer, but it does t hold that long.

i have zero problem wearing a super short skirt - it only feels like your butt is hanging out, but no one can actually see anything (or at least anything critical).

I always wear little black spandex shorts under things like that... bc if you have little short shorts under then it's apparently okay

I've tried the spandex shorts and I don't know, I'm just very uncomfortable in shorter dresses. I'm always pulling at the hem and I always find that, despite how cute I may look, it's not worth the discomfort I feel all day. Plus, where my thighs and calves are relatively big in proportion to my body, short dresses make me look stocky. Knee length FTW!
